I know this is chemistry and not geology but I'm offended on behalf of geologists everywhere that they just used "rock" and "sand" as 'some substances' for specific heat values. Rock?? ROCK???? What kind of "rock" my guy?? Granite? Sandstone? Limestone? Classic? Punk? Does volcanic rock have the same specific heat as shale? Please tell me if they do bc I can't stop fucking thinking about it and I'm mad about it.
