Spartan Race Obstacle Race Training
Our workouts are design to prepare your body for the stress conditions of running outdoor obstacle races (ie Spartan Race, Tough Mudder, Warrior Dash...etc).
We will improve you core, strength, endurance, cardio and mental toughness needed to get you through the challenging obstacles that you will face on these courses.
Today's Workout
- 10 Cleans to a Press with 50 lbs/30 lbs sandbag
- Run up & down steep hill
- 5 (50 lbs/30 lbs) Kettle bell sandbag to a reverse lunge
- Climb over very tall fence
- Reverse bleacher climb
- Run 1/4 mile and re-track your route (back over the fence)
- Sprint to top of hill
all of will cover a distance of 1/2 to complete one rep, the goal is to complete 10 reps
