Just preordered the sequel to Catherynne Valente's Space Opera and I'm so excited!

Today's polish is so pretty!!! At first I thought it was going to have a similar formula to Supervillan, which had been difficult to work with. But even with all these flakes it went on really easily and was completely opaque in two coats. I especially loved when the magenta flakes would turn slightly purple like in the second picture. This is far and away my favorite polish that I've tried by this brand. This is Spaceoddity from Mooncat.

[Space Oddity] [David Bowie] [1969] [LP] Already one year before the moon landing David Bowie wrote the legendary song "Space Oddity". David Bowie was inspired less by Moon landing and much more by Stanley Kubrick's work "Space Odyssey". The Protagonist in Space Oddity "Major Tom" appears in "Ashes to Ashes" and again in “Hello Spaceboy". The fascination with space runs through many of his subsequent works. E.g. "Life on Mars", "Ziggy Stardust", "Dancing out in Space" or "Lazarus". . Back to the album "Space Oddity" which originally should be called "David Bowie". David Bowie's style could be described as folk rock. A mixture of John Lennon and Bob Dylan paired with psychedelic and avant-garde music. The most famous song is of course the brilliant "Space Oddity", this song alone obliges to own this record. . But also the other songs are excellent, e.g. "Letter to Hermione", or the almost 10 minute masterpiece "Cygnet Committee". The whole album is full of little precious pearls that are worth diving for! . . . . . “I recall how we lived On the corner of a bed And we′d speak of a Swedish room Of hessian and wood And we'd talk with our eyes Of the sweetness in our lives And tomorrows of rich surprise Some things we could do .
