Trust me, this is REALLY funny if you've read Avengers Forever
One More Day: Captain America edition. And way less controversial or remembered because functionally no one cares about Captain America's secret identity.
Avengers #107 (Englehart/Starlin & et al, Jan 1973). The Space Phantom and the Grim Reaper conspire to transplant the Vision’s synthezoid brain into Captain America’s body. I truly doubt Vision’s really gonna go through with it, but the suggestion that his lovesick misery might conceivably drive him to it is pretty neat.

Vintage Comic - Die Rächer #02 (1974) (German)
I mean you do gotta hand it to ol’ Space Phantom, he's real good at starting shit...
Also it is just crazy that he can blinkm someone out like, literally in the center of a group, and no one will notice...
98: Avengers (1963) #2, "The Space Phantom"
I really enjoyed this! It was fun to see the Avengers battle a foe who could be any of them at any time, and the way he is defeated at the end was quite satisfying.
Still no Wasp in the corner logo? Justice for Jan!
Lol love Thor dragging Hulk's outfit
Starting to think Janet is a little boy-crazy
Get a load of this goofy-looking guy
Ah, the downfall of so many villains: the need to brag
In a world where no one communicates with anyone else, you might be right.
Everyone is so mean to the Hulk :(
Love seeing the two of them together
I'd been wondering what happened to his helmet!
I will slay you slowly…as soon as you put me down!
Very cute
Thor, original himbo
That's some very fast rusting
More Hulk abuse :( :(
Three cheers for the Marvel age of comics!!
