In the comic, we learn that his father Novah is some kind of general. But... that doesn't really make a whole lot of sense to me. Considering how close Micah and Souri are, the implication(to me anyway) is that they grew up together. But the only one could grow up with the princess is by living in the same castle as her. And generals, no matter how highly ranked, are not housed in the same place as the royal family. So instead, I headcanon that Novah is the captain of the royal guard. That way it would make sense for him and his family(most of his family, I'll discuss Nikitah and my headcanons for him later) to live there, as he's stationed there. Being the son of the captain of the guard also helps to explain why Micah is Souri's bodyguard, at such a young age too. Anyway, that's my headcanon regarding Micah's job and how he came to get it. ^^
