It took me years to understand the important of random characters and how they can serve for an amazing story telling tool even if they show up briefly. Before every random characters felt like a chore to draw but now it's one of my favorite thing to work on whenever a page is full of people. A thank you to many people on the undertale discord lounge who provided me with their character for this part Their characters provided a well needed variety for this panel ~
