Real Mushroom Soup Makes 4 servings . 3 cups button mushrooms, sliced 1 cup shiitake mushrooms, sliced Tbsp evoo 1/4 cup butter S&P to taste Tsp oregano Tsp basil 4 cups chicken or veg stock 1 cup 0% plain Greek yogurt . Heat large pot over medium high heat and add butter. When butter is melted add mushrooms and evoo. Let Cook for 10 minutes. Add remaining ingredients except stock and yogurt. Let Cook for 2-3 more minutes. Add stock and cook coveted for 10-15 minutes. Pour into blender and puree. Add greek yogurt and mix well. #roxysleanandclean #freshisbest #soup #soupaddict

Carrot Ginger Soup Males 1 serving . 2 large carrots 1 small white onion 3 cups low sodium chicken stock 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated 1 tsp turmeric Pinch cayenne 1/2 tsp nutmeg 1/4 cup milk .
