And her we go Jupi- JACK???? What are you doing here??? You’re not Jupiter!

So I got sidetracked.

Again.

Jupiter is being worked on, but I was watching TikTok and Jack read out a comment that said “you are goat Jack” and my brain RAN with it!!

I’m so mad!

Not really…

But I’m so mad!

These two didn’t have “official” designs yet. I was working on Deimos when suddenly I was POSSESSED by these two and I HAD to draw them dancing and could NOT continue until I did. Don’t worry I’m still working on designing all the characters. I just got sidetracked by these two love birds and their eternal dance.

This came out a LOT better than expected. Except Charon’s wings. I despise drawing wings. I can NEVER get the perspective right 😭 It is still a work in progress since no color yet, but yea!

And that dot next to Pluto… I have NO idea what that is. It was on the paper when I started drawing and no amount of erasing got rid of it. I’ve been joking that it’s one of their smaller moons.

Drawing this while listening to Epic III (“They Danced…”) from Hadestown was top tier btw (I want this to be my first dance at my wedding so bad. Unfortunately I am single..)

Ooops I did it again. I got side tracked with these two while working on Jupiter! Definitely not actually procrastinating on finishing him because art is not arting well with him.

Anyway! I finally digitalized them!! Made using Procreate and all brushes used were the ones that came with the app, no custom.

The babies! I love them. It took so long to maintain motivation to draw these cuties but I’m so glad I did ❤️

Coloring wise is going to be more difficult than originally planned.

Due to many of the solar system being lighter in color, mainly the moons, it does not translate well with my white paper. It does however show up better on my more tan paper!

So once I’m done drawing all the characters, I’m going to go back and trace them onto the tan paper to color them.

Up next is Jupiter!

Okay so. Luna is giving me trouble in terms of design, so here’s the Earth aka Terra! Alone…….

Gotta say, his cutie mark is my FAVORITE by far.

And that makes Mercury done! Minus coloring. Still haven’t figured that out yet.

Up next is Venus! I have ideas for him and Earth since their body type will be extremely similar but still figuring it out.

Anyway! Mercury!

Mars is done!

So I think I made his head/nose too big. But thankfully, and I forgot to mention this on the other ponies, these are all just concepts for the characters. None of them are supposed to be finalized designs.

Because honestly, Mars’ hair could work for Earth and Earth’s hair could work for Mars.

The nose scar is supposed to represent that one trench I cannot remember the name of. It’s on the actual planet asset in the show.

Up next is both Phobos and Deimos!

And here we have the problem child, Luna! Which sucks because they’re my favorite character. But good lord I could NOT get his hair in a way I like for the longest time.

I’m still not fully happy with the hair. But it’s better by multiple astronomical units at this point…

Also during early Moon Revolution, he took out that small pony tail, but put it back after reconnecting with Earth. Without it they basically have a mullet lol.
