Small Batch Chocolate Chip Muffins
my first cinnamon rolls 8u8
One of my little dreams was to make cinnamon rolls not from a can (lol). I found a little no yeast recipe for two people (trying to do more small batch stuff 😅). I messed up a little, but it’s good!
Happy midsummer! 🌤️🍞🌻
PS: if you wanna bake it more like this instead of the muffin pan method she recommended, this is a little 5x5” square. Makes 4 little rolls ouo

The owl that was in my backyard 26'
one evening there was this big ol guy outside our back door a ways above us on a pole out back. It was fun taking pictures of him.
Cocoa powder only small batch(?) fudgy brownies
>1/4 cup butter
>1/4 cup neutral flavored oil/peanut oil
>1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
>ground instant coffee granules
>1/2 cup granulated sugar
>1/2 cup dark brown sugar
>2 eggs, room temperature
>1 tsp vanilla extract
>1/2 cup AP or wheat flour
>1/2tsp baking powder
>1/4tsp salt
Preheat oven to 350F.
In a small soucepan, melt butter in oil. Remove from heat and stir in sifted cocoa powder and ground instant coffee.
Sift the flour, baking powder, and salt together in a small bowl and set aside.
Beat the eggs, sugar, and vanilla together until pale and homogenous. Fold the cocoa and fat mixture into the egg and sugar mixture.
Fold the dry mix into the wet mixture. Pour into a greased and lined bread pan and bake for 30-32 minutes.
Wait until fully cooled to remove from pan.
