As I’m starting my second playthrough, I am noticing certain details that I didn’t before, and I’m smacking myself.
Like, that first conversation with Solas. When Rook mentions Varric being “hurt”, Solas responds with:
“Varric… is quite practiced at shading the truth, himself.”
But before that little addendum, you can see a flash of regret on his face and the way he says Varric’s name indicates that he feels so so sad before covering.
Ironically, he speaks of “shading the truth”when that’s exactly what he’s doing to you about what happened.
And no wonder Harding was crying when you first speak with her at the Lighthouse…
Ugh, why is my brain so slow at picking stuff up. Stupid ADHD horse shit.
I was fucking trying to convert my time to my gf's time since she's 3 hours behind. And had to convert 5 to 17 and then subtract 3 to know it was 2 cause 2 is 14. 🤦♀️ I put extra steps in to understand that 5-3=2. I am so fucking slow I swear. And I was so slow to do it too. Just slowly trying to figure out numbers as my brain goes weirdly wiggly.

Not me being stuck on a literal level two puzzle in a kid's game. Exactly like when I was a fucking child. I'm actually dumb lol. Like here I am. Kid's game, meant to be easy to solve, and my dumb brain can't fucking do it. It's been YEARS. And I've beaten it before. But here I am. Stuck again and probably going to need to find a guide.
