** Midweek Motivation **
Stumbled across this cute little reminder on Pinterest this evening and it had me thinking.
Weβre so, so quick to criticise ourselves and dwell on all the things we have done wrong, but what about all of the things we have done right?
Even if itβs something as simple as doing 10,000 steps today, or drinking 2 litres of water. Something so simple is an achievement and gets us closer to where we want to be, but we just donβt realise it. In the long run, all of these little things add up.
My tiny victory today was that I havenβt snacked inbetween meals whatsoever, even though Iβd kill someone for a bite of chocolate right now, but thereβs none in the house so Iβll have to do without.
