An ability user with the capacity to force his targets into their own self-destruction arrives in Yokohama, shouldering history with Mori. When an apparent mission success turns to disaster, Chuuya finds himself among those affected by the terrifying ability. With the threat still at large and Mori unwilling to lose one of his best subordinates, Dazai and Chuuya are ordered to stay in direct contact with each other while the Mafia rallies to locate and destroy the rogue ability user for good. Or: Dazai and Chuuya are forced to have an awkward sleepover, the fic. (Now with extra horrors looming over them!)

What a shitty way to die.... Less than forty-eight hours ago, they’d been impaled together, and Chuuya had feared that the broken metal pole had pinned him in place against a corpse. Now, he worried that a corpse sat next to him, nothing more than a poorly-crafted imitation of his ex-partner. ... And what an even shittier situation to be stuck in. Or, A mission goes wrong, and Soukoku die together. Except, they don't, but now they're stuck in a safe house pretending that they did. And if Chuuya wants to find out what went wrong with Dazai's plan, he'll first have to find a way around the wall of silence that his former partner has built to keep him out.

I'm not on here much but my skk fic for @skkreversebang will be out on the 24th this month so here is a little sneak peek
"Osamu, please. It's me, Chuuya."
Your friend? Lover? Chuuya didn't know how to present himself in a way that would help Dazai recognize him. The fox was growing more feral and desperate by the moment, clawing at him hard enough to tear through his clothes. Despite that, Chuuya held him through it, hoping his smell would calm his friend down. It worked after a while, probably because Dazai was growing tired. He fell limp in Chuuya's arms, face buried in his chest. The smell of blood filled his nostrils and he winced, sensing the redhead's pain. He wasn't aware enough to react more to it, drawn instead by Chuuya's distinct smell. Dazai let himself fall into the sense of comfort Chuuya's presence brought him. Thankfully, no nightmares followed for the rest of the night."
