A truck on legs

Evangelion-esque biomechs

Hyper-experimental synth muscled humanoid

A drug induced hallucination some mech designer thought was a good idea

A handler's idea for her hound's new chassis

Or worse, something the Hound came up with on their own.

Hell, some of these may all exist in the same setting. And it's up to YOU as a mech tech to fix this shit. You're not a doctor, you don't know how to patch up a living being's 300 pound lung beneath several armor plates. And don't even get me started on the 'personalizations' the handlers and hounds come up with.

Fun fact! In Third Gen Blues, one of the first three pilots was initially going to be transmasc, but I changed my mind and have decided to save that idea for another time. One of the supporting cast is Nonbinary, a full body cyborg, and exclusively uses they/them. Hell, the boss of the main group of characters is a guy AND a former Handler, and so far his backstory has yet to be delved into.
