Fanart for the Skeleton Games! I love this story, it has very funny moments and also some good angst I can sip XD I’ve read it more than once, it’s nice to go back to it from time to time! 

Heya! It's been a while since we did this, so here goes another edition of the Skeleton Games or how bad can a skeleton die in an Hunger Games. I couldn't use everyone, so I evicted the mafia bros, Delta and Dune. The first ones are pro fighters and the second ones have seen enough shit for a lifetime, see, I can have mercy. Here goes our contestants!

Here we go!

DAY 1 :

Everyone mostly survives the Cornucoppia. Edge, Moon, Rumba, Honey, Papyrus, Nugget, Ink, Red, Salsa and Tango runs away as fast as they can. Rambo, Oak, Sun, Willow, Nox, Ben find weapons (respectively knives, a shovel, explosives, a trident, spears, a sword). Error is asserting dominance and stays in the Cornucoppia. Pumpkin and Blue are fighting for a mace. Rus, Sans and Copper find some supplies (water, food...).

Sam does the first kill of this game by killing... The man in a wheelchair for some supplies. Rip Chief :')

After the first chaos, everyone is trying to adapt... or not. Tango is already looking for water. Sam and Salsa made an alliance for the day and are searching for a place to do camping. Papyrus is picking flowers because he doesn't fear anyone, Oak is fishing because he is already hungry. Nugget and Rumba are making a slingshot. Blue had a fight with Nox but managed to make a diversion and RUN. Error is doing nothing at the Cornuccopia, but he gets medical supplies from a sponsor for some reason, just like Sun. Willow recieved an axe. Rambo and Honey are hunting. Red is crying in a corner, questionning his sanity.

Copper couldn't stand not having food for two hours and died apparently.

Moon and Sans decided to eliminate the strongest and killed Edge, and poor Ben, who was there at the wrong moment.

Pumpkin tried to climb a tree, failed and died :')

Even if there's sunlight, Ink died from hypothermia for some reason.

The night is pretty calm. Willow and Papyrus recieved explosives and water because they are cute. Moon and Sans are screaming puns at each other through the forest while Blue is cringing. Red, Sun and Oak are traumatising Nox with ghost stories. The other ones are either sleeping or crying for help.

They died already : Chief, Copper, Edge, Ben, Pumpkin, Ink.

Day 2 :

The day is pretty peaceful. Honey, Nox, Sun, Nugget and Rus are talking, and probably forget about the game apparently. Error, Papyrus and Salsa raid Moon's camp while he's not there. Rambo uses Oak weak memory to steal food from him. Willow gains once again an explosive from a sponsor, Sans too. Red is picking flowers because he loses it a long time ago, and now Tango is questionning his own sanity.

The night is almost uneventful. Red, Willow and Rumba are singing drunk songs together. Oak finds out someone steal him but got the wrong one and attack Honey for no reason, who ran away in panic. Sans couldn't find his brother so cuddle with Sun instead.

Nugget discovered his brother died and begged for Sam to kill him too. Sam refused, arguing he's not as weak as Chief and that he can do better.

Blue couldn't find any food and died during the night of hunger.

They died already : Chief, Copper, Edge, Ben, Pumpkin, Ink, Blue.

Day 3 :

Another day, and a lot of brothers have been tragically separated. Red is building a hut in a tree. Papyrus is trying to find a better point of view on the forest. Sam, Rus, Error, Rumba and Sans are working together, just like Salsa and Moon. Nugget recieved some food from a sponsor, Honey is fishing and Rambo got some medical supplies.

Oak finally found Willow again, but Nox suddenly came from nowhere and stabbed him right in front of his brother. Oak lost his mind and destroyed him, hitting him until there was nothing but dust.

Sun saw Tango asleep and decided to take this opportunity to bash his head with a mace several times.

The night is pretty calm. Everyone is more or less sleeping or talking. Except Sans, who decided there could only be one comedian and poisoned Honey's food, letting him agonize in pain for hours.

They died already : Chief, Copper, Edge, Ben, Pumpkin, Ink, Blue, Willow, Nox, Tango, Honey.

Day 4 :

It's getting tensed. Rambo, Red and Salsa are hunting for the others, determined to win. Moon tries to escape them. Sam said that if Sans says one more pun he swears to asgore... And Sans said one more pun and Sam started to chase him. Error runs away from Rus, who almost killed him. Sun and Nugget won some food from a sponsor.

Poor Papyrs fell ill because of something in the water and died.

Oak doesn't give a shit anymore and execute Rumba with cold blood.

Suddenly, the arena borders retracts! Sans, Rambo, Moon and Error run fast enough to escape.

Sam trips while trying to escape and got crushed.

Sun and Red managed to knocked out Rus and Oak and tied them to trees, leaving them to die.

Nugget and Salsa didn't understand the wall was actually electric and not a way out and they both ran at full speed in it like idiots :')

The night is traumatic. Error is questionning his sanity. Sun, Sans, Red and Rambo stayed together. Moon prefered to be alone.

They died already : Chief, Copper, Edge, Ben, Pumpkin, Ink, Blue, Willow, Nox, Tango, Honey, Papyrus, Rumba, Sam, Rus, Oak, Nugget, Salsa.

Day 5 :

It's day five. We've got one last Papyrus and 5 Sanses. There's only one pair of brothers left, Sun and Moon.

The Cornuccopia is full again. Moon gathered as most food as he could and ran. Sun manages to escape with a sword. Red and Error had a fight, Red stabbed him with a spear and left. Rambo tried to kill Sans while he was not looking, but Sans dodged and killed him from behind instead.

The rest of the day, our four remaining boys are avoiding each other. Red picks fruits in a tree, Sun tried to kill Sans but didn't succeed and Moon recieved medical supplies from a sponsor.

While Moon and Sun are hugging in the night, finally reunited, Sans and Red fight each other. Sans was stronger.

They died already : Chief, Copper, Edge, Ben, Pumpkin, Ink, Blue, Willow, Nox, Tango, Honey, Papyrus, Rumba, Sam, Rus, Oak, Nugget, Salsa, Error, Rambo, Red.

Day 6 :

Sans finds the brothers and chased them. Sun accidentally died by running into the border of the arena.

In despair, Moon gives up. Sans broke his neck as mercy.

They died already : Chief, Copper, Edge, Ben, Pumpkin, Ink, Blue, Willow, Nox, Tango, Honey, Papyrus, Rumba, Sam, Rus, Oak, Nugget, Salsa, Error, Rambo, Red, Sun.

This was my favorite scene in the Skeleton Games. So out of character yet believable.
