These Vegan Snickers Energy Bites are a tasty treat that tastes just like Snickers bars but is made with healthy ingredients. Great for a quick energy boost or a treat without feeling bad about it.
Ingredients: 1 cup rolled oats. 1/2 cup peanut butter. 1/4 cup maple syrup. 1/4 cup chopped peanuts. 1/4 cup chopped dates. 2 tbsp cocoa powder. 2 tbsp chopped dark chocolate. 2 tbsp chopped vegan Snickers bars.
Instructions: Put peanut butter, maple syrup, chopped peanuts, dates, and cocoa powder in a food processor. This will make a dough. Blend it until it turns into a dough-like mix. Put the mixture in a bowl, and then add the vegan Snickers bars and chopped dark chocolate. Roll the dough into small balls with your hands and put them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Put it in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before you serve it. As a tasty snack or dessert, enjoy!
