Ingredients: 1 1/2 pounds ground beef. Salt and pepper to taste. 4 hamburger buns. 8 slices cheddar cheese. 8 slices bacon, cooked crisp. 2 cups lettuce, shredded. 2 tomatoes, sliced. 1/2 cup mayonnaise. 2 tablespoons ketchup. 2 tablespoons sour cream. 1 tablespoon fresh tarragon, chopped. 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce. 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard. 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder. 1/2 teaspoon onion powder. 1/4 teaspoon paprika. 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper.
Instructions: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Divide the ground beef into 4 equal portions and shape them into burger patties. Season both sides with salt and pepper. Place the burger patties on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare, or longer to your desired level of doneness.
