#starting out

I wonder if I ever told anyone about this.. ANYWAYS! hello I'm Evans and in starting a project to make a comic!

Hey, I'm prismrosez — a digital artist-in-training and an aspiring indie game dev. Welcome to this silly little project - or whatever this will eventually become! As I'm going off to college, I decided to start this account to hopefully just get basic skills and knowledge of gamedev. I'm not sure if I will pursue a career in this (that would be the dream), so regard this mostly as a personal brainchild born out of boredom, inspired ambition, needing to put my art somewhere, and my fascination with indie games. I'll probably use this as an outlet to develop my currently in-progress portfolio - which will hopefully blossom into something fun and playable :) I'm kicking off the account following a new idea for a sort of test-run project, which I will try to develop here. I have no idea how devlogs work, so I guess I will figure it out along the way. I'm very excited to try this out - but this is most likely just going to be in good fun and silliness, so we'll see. I'm not actually completely new to game dev -- I'm currently a part of another studio, but this is my attempt at launching my own thing. So, yeah, we ballin'. If you somehow stumble onto this - you're very welcome. Expect from here some very unprofessional vlogs of me trying to figure out how to use GameMaker Studio, and random (character) concept art I've done for ideas that may see the light of dawn one fateful day. Dear diaryy my name is senpai hehe, well you know me as senpai. For this public diary im going to become completely anonymous and share all my thoughts,opinions,feelings and write down all genuine,raw emotions without putting them aside. I felt like this was a healthier way than to keep my feelings bottled up in me. It kinda just gives me a sense of clarity, and i hope it inspires other people as well. who knows maybe someone else out there is experiencing the same thing as me. Anyways i want to try to make this fun and edgy ina way. i want to post my goals, achievements, photography, food, books opinions, and overall just thoughts that randomly pop into my head. I feel like i have so many ideas, but dont know who to tell, so this is a perfect place to just dump those ideas and not forget about them. Besides that enough about mee, let me ask you guys a question
