a house with three boys being quiet was a rarity, a house with three Simons boys being as quiet as your home was currently, the only sound breaking it being the cartoons softly playing from the living room TV where you sat was even more of a rarity as you sat folding laundry on the couch.

the TV had long been abandoned as Xander took more interest in watching you fold articles of clothing than a purple dinosaur singing as more interesting to him as his eyes stayed fixed on your face. Ever the quiet one, Xander always preferred your presence over his fathers, being found in your arms in the family box while Xavier was either standing on a chair screaming or at the window cheering.

“ah snap” you say noticing the time “it’s lunch time”

you look up at the toddler who smiles once your eyes land on him

“you hungry Xander?” you ask him tickling his stomach as he laughed and wriggled from your grasp

“mama” he laughed pushing your hands away

“okay okay i’ll stop” you laugh allowing him to catch his breath “let’s make lunch and call your papa”

Xander follows behind you quietly, as you dial Xavi’s number

“mama!” Xavier yells into the speaker, blonde curls on the bottom of the screen “mama Xavier is hungry”

“we’re in the drive thru line” Xavi’s voice is heard “is that my wife you’re tattling to?”

“my mama” Xander whines pulling your leg “mama up”

“Xavi, did you get food for-

“got the family meal my love” Xavi cuts you off “we should be home in 10”

Xavier lets out a scream into the air making you pull the phone at arms length while Xander covers his ears, scrunching his face at his twin brothers loudness

“uh uh Xavier!” he says pushing the phone away

“mama Xander is a meanie” Xavier says with a frown

“poopy head” Xander says sticking his tongue out

“enough boys” Xavi says

“okay my angel we’ll see you soon” you say with a laugh at their bickering despite the boundaries

you hang up and put the phone on the island, Xander laying his head on your chest

“mama quiet” Xander says with a content sigh at the returned silence

“mmh” you hum kissing his curls “back to laundry”

“cuddles?” Xander asks with big eyes

“please?”

“please mama” Xander tries

-he’s lying, the first child that doesn’t pick him is getting sent to bed early

- “yeah yeah” Xavi grumbles

- “no grudges remember” you laugh

- Junior is next

-he shows the camera his toy truck

- “uncle Max got it for me” he beams

- “mummy i lost a toof” he says showing you

- “i know baby i was there” you laugh

- this time Xavi counts down

- Junior blinks in confusion before looking at you

- “your name is JUNIOR as in Xavi Jnr! how is mummy your favourite??” Xavi yells

- “don’t yell at my baby” you say hugging Junior

- “because mummy makes nicer pancakes” Junior sasses before leaving

-you hold back your laughter

-Xander is next

-you count down

-Xander is unmoving, eyes on the camera

- you smile softly at him

- “okay but mama or papa?” Xavi asks

- Xander blinks

- “Papa!” he smiles lifting his arms

- “that’s my boy!” Xavi celebrates picking him up “we are going to have ice cream”

you’d been getting ready to attend the Wembley event with your husband and son that day, opting for a clean all white look, you fixed the cap on your head and touched up your fragrance before jogging down the stairs where Milo was watching TV while Malo scrolled through his phone. your footsteps caused them to look up, both of them smiling at your presence

“let’s get going” you say walking towards the door

“you look beautiful” Malo says placing a kiss on your cheek

“and you look so dapper” you smile smoothing his button up down

it came so naturally it didn’t faze you almost

“what about me mon ange?” Milo’s voice said

“aye that’s my nickname for mama” Malo challenged

you wished nothing more than for the world to open up and swallow you at that very moment, Miss Bell stood in front of you, amused slightly at your shocked embarrassment. That morning during class the topic of pet names had come up and everyone began sharing their parents pet names for one another or pet names than float around their households

while others presented sweet terms of endearment, when Jordan’s turn came he whole heartedly responded with the words he heard his father call you almost every day

“if it’s any consolation the class thought it was sweet” she said

“i’m- i’m so sorry” you stutter out

“it’s not a problem, i just thought to share it with you” the young teacher said with a warming smile

you’d sped home and almost instantly Jadon opened his mouth to greet you both

the morning was slow and quiet, with Wilo out on his jog you were left to get Willow ready for the day. opting for a soft pink sun dress you’d sat her on the bathroom counter, posing the question of hair style preference that day to which she asked for ponytails.

concentration etched, quiet filled the room as you did your baby girls hair not noticing how she watched your every move through your reflection. the elegance, smoothness and warmth you moved with, making sure not to tie the bobbles too tight or pinch her with the clips.

you finished off by brushing her edges and defining the curls of the pigtails before dropping your arms and meeting her gaze through the mirror

“ma belle” Willow said softly smiling at you

“oh my Willow” you smile, heart pumping with love

“papa always calls you that” Willow says looking back at you and reaching for your face, she cupped your face in her small hands “ma belle mama”

“ma belle Willow” you repeat kissing her nose making her giggle

the girls had returned to the Emirates to see their father in action, when the game was over and the stadium less crowded the families could make their way onto the pitch where the girls hurried off to their dad

“they’ve gotten so big since we left saw them” Odegaard commented

“wonder if they still remember us” Ben laughed

“it’s only been 4 years calm down” you laugh

“girls who is this?” Gabriel asked pointing to Myles

at first Xavi attributed it to missing you, having both now being enrolled in school, you spent a majority of the day alone until it was pick up time and the boys hustle and bustle would fill the silence again

but then it happened during movie night

Xavier nestled in one side, Junior on the other, both with their arms wound tightly around your mid-section as you watched the movie. Xavi sat next to you, coincidentally a bit too close to Junior who whined and swat him away

Everyone had seen Neymar’s children at least once, all beautiful bubbly toddlers but his oldest daughter Y/N was a different story

seen once on the red carpet with her father she seemed to disappear off the face of the earth, seeming like a folklore to some, the myth and legend, her father hardly spoke about his family either so her disappearance left everyone forging their own stories about where she ended up with neymar never bothering to clarify or change their narratives

a knock at the door prompted Neymar to get up and answer it, where xavi stood on the other side with a smile.

xavi’s inspection was interrupted but a rapid knock at the door, quickly he got up and opened it where a gorgeous woman with honey blonde curls and bright big brown eyes stood amongst a flurry of suit cases

“have i been gone so long that you grew 15 years over night Luca?” she joked

“ah THE Xavi Simons” the girl said extending a hand “my dads second son, i finally get to meet you”
