A surprisingly popular ship considering they never interacted, but I see the appeal. Both former Marines, both loving and caring adoptive parents.

Two of the best parents in One Piece, imagine if they both lived and raised a happy little mixed family together.

Cora is Bell-mere's malewife failure and she loves him. She enjoys making him flustered and tripping him up. He is just heads over heels in love with her, he loves her so much Just the thought of Bell-mere making a man who's twice her size completely melt for her fills me with joy. They were both apart of the Marines and ended up adopting children while on the job. I'm not exactly sure who died first but learning about your lover's death (if it wasn't covered up) is amazing angst potential. They're watching over their kids in the afterlife together.

hi i’m back with my corabelle agenda. these two are a match made in heaven. literally. they have so many narrative parallels, it hurts. they both sacrificed themselves for their adoptive kids’ longevity, they’re both former marines who deserted their positions in order to give these kids a better life. they were both killed by a flintlock, and their last words to their kids were “i love you.” !!! it’s uncanny!! they could have known each other when they were marines, too! bell-mere is just one year older than rosinante. they were from different blues, but there’s a chance they could have run into each other or even trained together for a period of time. bell-mere would be the perfect friend for a young rosinante who’s preoccupied and stressed over his brother. in terms of personality, that’s where we get some of that juicy opposites-attract theory into play. they do have a lot in common tho! some common flaws, (hotheaded, a bit irrational, impulsive), and some common strengths as well, (determined, fearless, values the strength of a smile)! but otherwise, bell-mere isn’t afraid to lay the flirt on and seems a bit more extroverted, where rosinante is a little more reserved and keeps a very small circle of friends, (literally one and it’s sengoku). someone direct like bell-mere could easily draw him out of his shell, and someone down-to-earth and occasionally goofy like rosinante could help keep her grounded.

Both marines with rough lives who seemingly picked up children when they weren’t expecting it. Bellemere would make a great mom to Law and Corazon would make a great dad to Nami and Nojiko. Both of them would bond over the bullshit of the world!!

Alright so they are both very tall, very kind individuals who deserve so much so everyone reading this...jot that down. They are both incredible figures and caring, like Katakuri? BEST big brother vibes like he is so sweet and beloved and just all around a very wholesome guy who loves his sweets and donuts and family (hints the sweet part of the ship name) he would absolutely treat Rosinante right and Rosi deserves that. Rosinante is just so I mean!! Have you guys seen him!? That man is so full of trauma but has so much love to give, he is a great dad who is trying his best Even if he is unsure of how to do things at times. He's strong, he's resilient, he's SMART, he's kind and compassionate and he is a great brother that Doflamingo did not deserve. Now mushing these two together I think they'd be great, they're very similar but also drastically different and I think it'd be a very beautiful relationship, they might be a little awkward and unsure at first but they'd be so caring and loving and I think Katakuri would be alarmed that his partner just set himself on fire, knocked a chair over and now his son is yelling and violently smacking out flames and using his devil fruit to ensure his dad is okay. He would also probably get use to it very quick and just eat donuts while helping Law put the flames out. Rosinante would love how much Katakuri cares about his siblings and he'd bring him sweets and I just !!!! I think they'd be incredible gentle yet rough around the edges because they're great people with tragedy but would accept every part of each other, even the darker and harder parts of themselves. Like please just MAKE THEM KISS. We love SweetHeart around these waters

LOOK people I know everyone is all over Dofuwani and it's great, everyone wants the other brother with crocodile one of the most shipped men I've witnessed in some time but I just think that Corazon and Crocodile is simply one with potential to be ICONIC. Crocodile & Corazon while being opposites in the Sense of what they do (Pirate & Marine respectively) would possibly work together due to Crocodile being a Warlord. I'd imagine the bickering would be quite funny but one of them would need a light for a cigar/cigarette and then they'd just sit there in silence smoking until Corazon eventually lights himself on fire. I could wrack my crazy little brain so much about the potential of these two and I'd think they'd be chaotic yet strangely cute at the same time. So I'd like to shove them into a boat together and let that ship sail my lords, ladies and jesters

everyone has heard of dofuwani or dofladile. the classic villain pairing. but hear me out. crocodile and the OTHER DQ bro. stay with me folks personality-wise, think about the amount of sanity crocodile would retain. rosinante is far quieter, much more pleasant for an introvert to put up with. sure, he can goof off at times, but he can read the room. he can be serious. crocodile can be a little violent and testy, but rosinante’s dealt with it all before. he knows how to either ignore it, or diffuse it. think about the possibilities their relationship could have. crocodile was a warlord. they could have met when rosinante was still a marine, before either of them got tangled up in doflamingo’s schemes. or, maybe crocodile met corazon, doflamingo’s brother and right-hand man. maybe what started as an attempt to piss doflamingo off turned into a night he couldn't forget. what if someone actually showed crocodile some love? what if someone who was drawn to harmful people found himself snared in crocodile’s grasp, too? so many different spins on their relationship it makes me dizzy.

Oda's personal crack-ship, apparently. He drew them in a color spread because apparently he had a vision that no-one else shared and he needed to let it out in the world. And honestly, Oda cooked with this one.

I don’t know if you’ve seen the recent color spread but there was nothing straight about how Reiju was holding Tashigi. She had her arm around her and is licking her lips. Tashigi looks very flustered. I’ve now decided they are gay for each other. Just trust me everyone.

Braidbeard: OKAY LISTEN TO ME. These two old men? Met in their youth and got together with the sole purpose of adopting every single daddy-issues brat in the Grand Line. Zeff beats the shit out of Whitebeard every time they have a meal because of his piss-poor table manners, but then he also brews WB's favourite sake. They love each other very much but suck at showing it, except when it's time to embarrass their children, at which point they have a whole arsenal of sappy pet names. Also Roger officiated their wedding.

KureKo:

Saw some art of it once that was very cute, also they would just work well together. They are both badass chaotic older women who are down for anything, love drinking, have a job they are passionate about, raised a kid that is now a member of the straw hats, and don't let their age stop them from having fun. I could see them meeting at a bar and getting along like a house on fire. Kokoros kinder nature could also balance out Kurehas mean streak - Kureha can be aggressive and firm when that's what's needed while Kokoro can be a softer mediator. The world needs more old woman yuri.

Zeff x Sora:

Sanji should get to have two loving parents.

Let the good Sanji parents raise him (and maybe the rest of Vinsmokes) together.

They're both Sanji's parental figures. Sora, Zeff, and Sanji would've made such a cute family together, and Zeff would've treated Sora the way she deserved to be treated. Just imagine an AU where Sora survived and escaped with Sanji into the East Blue! And then meeting Zeff! It would be adorable.

I just think it would be nice if Sanji had two parents that loved him and that they love each other.

I think sora deserves a husband who's not the worst person on the face of the planet and who loves her and her son unconditionally is all.

Dailyrebranded's au is everything to me. Imagine Sora escaping and raising her children with Best Dad Zeff. They are adorable, the food and meals metaphors are through the roof, and Sora lives!

1) law/asl stepbrothers is hysterical 2) i’ve read three fics for this ship and they’re all adorable 3) shanks takes one look at this 10 ft blond setting himself on fire and thinks “i can’t NOT marry him.”

Objectively could be a half decent ship (dad that stepped up x dad that stepped up (kind of, in respect to shanks saving Luffys life but not being an active father figure in his life). They’re both kind of goofy albeit serious when the situation calls for it and I feel like they’d bond over their love of their kind of stupid sons who they sacrificed a part (or all) of themselves for. However only really probably in a fixit au where Cora survives somehow (??) and then maybe meets shanks through Luffy and law??? I haven’t thought this through honestly they were just the first to jump to mind because as someone who enjoys a good time travel fic I have seen the pairing a fair amount.

I think they are cute and they can bond over being mentors to insane D kids.

Look you can't tell me that these two goofballs wouldn't hit it off immediately and gush about their adorable sons. And the minute someone threatens any of their kids, the goofball switch is flipped and they'll destroy anything in their way.

They are about the same age and can bond over trying to be father figures to insane Ds.
