I took this shit a couple weeks ago for @52frames for #shootthrough. We all carved pumpkins and I took some test shots to make sure I had all the correct settings, then I lit a box on fire that I had cut a hole in. I luckily got this in one shot. Looking for a fun weekend fitness challenge?! 💪🏼 Give these shoot throughs a shot! ••• Start in a plank, shoot your feet though so your heels land on a box (⬆️ box height = ⬆️ difficultly) and shoot your hips up as high as you can. Drop your hips and perform the lowest dip possible.
