“ i  have  some  tea  and  cookies  for  you. ”  she  stepped  into  the  room ,  holding  out  the  tray  in  front  of  her. “ don’t  worry ,  i  got  these  from  the  store.  they’re  perfectly  safe  to  eat. ”

donny  stood  from  the  piano   ,   immediately  engulfing  julia  in  a  hug.  tears  burned  in  his  eyes   ,   and  were  quick  to  fall  along  his  cheeks  as  her  buried  his  head  into  her  shoulder.  the  sounds  of  the  crowd  and  the  whispers  of  shock  around  them  completely  faded  from  his  ears   ,   only  to  be  replaced  with  a  ringing  tone  and  the  sounds  of  his  own  sniffles.  while  the  risk  they  took  was  necessary  by  all  means   ,   it  didn’t  mean  that  it  was  easy  to  listen  to  julia  spell  out  what  he  and  the  band  went  through  everyday  was  hard  for  him.  he  was  holding  onto  julia  like  a  lifeline   ,   even  as  the  curtains  were  closing  in  front  of  them.  

“  thank  you , julia.  ”

      𝘚𝘏𝘈𝘒𝘐𝘕𝘎  𝘏𝘌𝘙   head  ,  she  snaps  her  focus  back  into  reality  .  a  good  thing  too  ,  or  else  they  would  be  late  (  though  without  julia  there  would  be  no  show  --  so  it  would  be  difficult  for  them  to  truly  be  late  )  .  even  many  years  later  ,  attending  one  of  her  friend’s  shows  was  an  experience  that  nessarose  can  only  describe  as  being  incredible  .  watching  the  audience  and  their  dumbfounded  reactions  to  julia’s  mere  presence  never  fails  to  put  a  smile  on  her  face  .  and  then  ,  most  of  all  ,  nessa  gets  to  enjoy  the  show  ,  cheer  her  friend  on  ,  and  then  discuss  it  over  dinner  .      ❛  sorry  ,  ❜  she  hastily  apologizes  ,  catching  up  quickly  to  the  other  ,  though  not  failing  to  take  in  the  scenery  around  them  .  signed  walls  of  past  performances  ,  little  hints  of  old  rituals  that  must  have  happened  in  the  theatre  ;  even  though  nessa  herself  has  never  experienced  it  herself  ,  she  has  heard  the  tales  time  and  time  again  about  what  goes  on  backstage  .  and  ,  of  course  ,  she  finds  herself  there  often  as  well  .  ❛  do  you  know  where  you’re  going  ?  ❜   

WHAT  IS  MY  : overall  opinion  :  your  blog  is  just  infinitely  great  .  there  is  quite  literally  no  number  or  earthly  ranking  that  i  could  give  to  describe  what  a  perfect  little  blog  you’ve  made  .  everything  looks  and  sounds  so  nice  together  ,  as  if  it’s  a  present  wrapped  neatly  and  sealed  with  a  correlated  bow  .  it’s  cheesy  ,  i  know  ,  but  truly  i  just  appreciate  you  so  much  and  am  so  glad  that  i  get  the  chance  to  write  and  interact  with  you  !!
