Calzone all’uovo

Ingredienti:

1 tuorlo d’uovo

1/2 cubetto di lievito di birra

700 gr di farina

1 cucchiaino di miele

Olio evo

3 bicchieri di acqua bollente

Sale

Origano

Prosciutto cotto

Concentrato di pomodoro

Formaggio filante grattugiato

In una ciotola sbriciolare il lievito ed aggiungere il miele

Con una forchetta iniziare ad impastare ed aggiungere man mano 50. Gr di farina e l’acqua

Impastare fino a creare…

Semplice e velocissima, va benissimo sia come antipasto che come cena alternativa.

Pochi ingredienti, friselle pugliesi, ceci, peperoncino fresco, olio evo, aglio ed origano.

Tritare l’aglio e farlo saltare in padella con il peperoncino, aggiungere i ceci, salare e farli insaporire.

Bagnare con acqua calda le friselle, strofinarle con l’aglio e ricoprirle con i ceci ed il peperoncino.

Piccola premessa per gli ascoltatori : questa piccola registrazione non era pensata per essere messa niente popodimeno che:  in rete, ho appena provato la gioia di iscrivermi a SoundCloud, sta di fatto che mia nipote mi ha spronato a pubblicare questo pezzettino che le è piaciuto molto a quanto pare  e considerato che ci tengo molto a questa canzone in se l’ho fatto a prescindere dalla mia pessima voce e dalle suppliche della mia cara nipotina, il testo poi mi è tanto vicino e questo basta.
