I can’t be too specific without some more info, but you could try making changes to her environment to help with her fear and anxiety (which is more likely why she is biting, rather than out of true aggression). I don’t know what your setup for your chickens is like, but if she does rank lower in the flock hierarchy, it’ll be good to make sure there is plenty of space and hiding/safe spaces (lots of perches at different heights, platforms, small trees/bushes, etc) that she can retreat to in the event that she is getting picked on. Providing her with all those extra choices should help reduce her skittish behaviour and let her be more open to interacting with people. Other than that, yes, consistence, patience, and positive reinforcement (in the form of her favourite treats for now, I wouldn’t push full-body hugs or anything like that yet), should do the trick.

Hey, frequently get migraines and sinus headaches but recently I've been noticing like a pinch in my back and neck like at two specific points and am wondering if they are connected with headaches at all. Reason I'm messaging though is i was wondering if any of those electronic massagers are any good, like the gentle rotating ones in cushions or not. Tryna figure out some pain management tbh but also understand if those are less useful for you cause of their strength

What you’re describing sounds like it could very well be a tension headache. And I have a couple of those rotating massage machines and am able to use them, though I typically use them on my lower back. I don’t like things with moving parts being near my wobbly neck :)

I find they do help for general tension/pain relief, but the biggest relief I get for tension headaches is to use heat packs. I use corn-filled ones you fling in the microwave and wrap my neck/head up in them. So that might be something you want to consider trying too. I find trying to massage stiff muscles increases the pain, so relaxing them with a bit of heat first is generally a good idea. 

I also use a cervical traction device, which I’ve linked to before. I find the pressure points on it are good for getting my neck muscles to give up their vice-like grip. If you decide to try these on top of your massage devices, avoid anything with ropes or a pully mechanism, Magic Physio Man said they were liable to cause more harm than good and I trust him on that.

Regrettably, I can relate all too well. Mines is on my left side, and sometimes I can’t hear anything over it.
