We know Athy loves chocolate but what kind of food does Jennette like?
The Princess' first tea party after her debutante: strawberry cake and fig cake
At Athy's first tea party with Jennette and the other girls, the cakes that are the closest to Jennette are a strawberry and fig cake. This might be a coincidence but because these cakes will reappear around Jennette again, I think it could be an indicator for Jennette's personal preference.
A princess on the run: fig cake (2x) and strawberry cake (2x)
During Athy's first stay at the Alpheus mansion Jennette brings them fig cake and strawberry cake. Because Jennette could have not foreseen Athy's visit, it can be assumed the fig cake and the strawberry cake were originally prepared for Jennette, because she likes them. I don't think Jennette would have bought Athy something that was not to her own taste since that would have seemed suspicious to the maids. They were not supposed to know Jennette had a friend over.
First tea time with the Emperor: unidentified cake
I think it does not matter which type of cake they bought for her, because Jennette is too anxious to even eat the cake and leaves early because Claude has fallen asleep in her presence. It can be noted that in comparision to Athy's first tea party, he does not give Jennette a choice unlike Athy, for whom he had ordered an étagère with different kinds of pastry. Whatever he had bought for Jennette might not have been according to her taste at all.
Tea time with Claude: fig cake (3x), strawberries and grapes
Jennette looks much more happier and comfortable here. By then she would have been able to talk about her preferences. I think she likes fig cake especially since that's also one of the cakes the Alpheus duchy had baken for her.

The piece of orange cake is standing closer to Jennette than to Athy who seems to have chosen a green apple tart or a kiwi tart. On the dish trolley we can see a chocolate cake with a single strawberry on top (which is likely meant for Athy) and a strawberry cream cake, which has to be for Jennette since Claude does not enjoy sweet dishes.
The Picknick: lemon cake and scones (?)
that makes two citrus fruits that Jennette likes. I love the headcanon that Jennette has hypogeusia (the reduced ability to taste things) since she's a being of black magic and that's why she veers towards sour and spicy food.
I also headcanon Jennette is not such a big fan of chocolate (that's Athy), but that she enjoys creating dishes with chocolate because she finds temperating chocolate challenging. The choco cookies are on one plate, probably meaning she bought them only for Athy. There's also one cup of hot chocolate on the table. Jennette would not be so rude to drink the cup herself and give her guest none and even sharing one plate is something she might not find proper being raised as the perfect noble lady she is. She doesn't eat chocolate pralines either. They are only a gift she prepared knowing it was something Athy would enjoy. While I don't think Jennette hates chocolate, I think she just doesn't love it as much as Athy.
In conclusion: Jennette probably likes fig cake the most. She also likes sour fruits like strawberries, kiwi, lemon and oranges.
