Since the house I was working on got at least eleven votes to upload, I finally finished it and it is ready to be shared with the Sims 3 community. There are two bedrooms with closets, two bathrooms (one full, one half), a laundry/ mud room, backyard complete with veggie garden and outdoor dining, and a kitchen.
With the exception of the bathrooms, kitchen, laundry room and closets, it is pretty unfurnished. I did make sure that the windows had blinds and curtains, there were fire and security alarms placed, and everything should be accessible for sims with no routing issues.
There is custom content used and all credit goes to the proper individuals. That said, if anything is missing, please feel free to reach out and I can help you locate it.

Idk if anyone remembers my dog Maisy but I used to post her all the time. I think I’m going to have to make the heart breaking decision to say goodbye to her very soon as she’s really suffering and it’s very obvious. She’s only 9, turning 10 on Wednesday but she’s in a lot of pain and I don’t want that for her 😥 I’m beyond devastated and don’t want to do this.. but it’s for the best, for her. I’m hopeful the vet will be able to give us something to help her instead.. but after talking to both my aunties who have lost their dogs it seems like she’s going down the same route.. a lot of the things they suffered with, she is.
Anyway I just wanted to post my baby one more time.

i know you dont post anything anymore and so you probably will never see this, but just wanted to say thank you so much for all the conversions !! a lot of sims 3 sites suffer from link rot nowadays and i only started playing a year ago, so its sometimes a struggle to find good quality stuff that is actually downloadable. hope you are doing well !! thank you again !!
Thank you for saying this. You're very welcome. I'm glad you found the Sims. TS2 is the best the franchise has to offer imho, but it can't beat TS3's CASP. Glad you enjoy the game as much as all us Simmers do.
Life happened and i disappeared for awhile but it was never intentional and definitely wasn't supposed to be for so long. But one's health doesn't follow a schedule. I'll be getting back to posting soon though i don't know who would want my stuff after so long. I'm also going through my past posts and fixing broken links so if there was anything you couldn't download before try again over the next few days.

Hey guys….. Jeez, how long has it been since I’ve been around these parts? August 2023?! Over a year?! That is insane. Life is insane, too, but in all the best ways possible. I finally have my hands on my computer again and I am seriously contemplating diving back into the Sims and posting and creating. It’s been so long since I’ve played/experienced the game, and so much has come out that I was really going to try and go vanilla-ish but oh my goodness, the game hairs are so bad!! I had well over 10GB of CC before, but I’ve completely deleted everything and am starting over fresh. Maybe I’ll go with a minimal CC approach instead 😅 Keep an eye out for Sims related stuff soon guys, and thanks for sticking around 💜
I know halloween is over and we're all just playing life and death but i've had a tough week. I took some pictures last week that I had planned to share but my week went tits up. I got my rheumatoid arthritis diagnosis (long-term autoimmune disease that causes pain, swelling, and stiffness in the joints) which I've been struggling with for the past 6 months. While I'm glad to have answers to what's been wrong with my body, it definetly turned my life on it's head. I'm still going to post the pictures becaues I had fun taking them! Sorry they're a bit late! I hope everyone else is well 🧡
