These chocolate chip almond butter cookies don't have any gluten and are chewy, tasty, and very satisfying. They taste great and are better for you than regular cookies because they are made with almond butter and coconut sugar.
Ingredients: 1 cup almond butter. 1/2 cup coconut sugar. 1 large egg. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1/2 teaspoon baking soda. 1/4 teaspoon salt. 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips.
Instructions: Warm the oven up to 350F 175C and put parchment paper on a baking sheet. Put the egg, vanilla extract, baking soda, salt, and almond butter in a bowl and mix them together. Mix everything together well. The dark chocolate chips should be carefully mixed in. Drop cookie dough from a spoon or cookie scoop onto the baking sheet that has been prepared, leaving space between each cookie. Use a fork or your fingers to make the dough a little flatter. When the edges are golden brown, it's done baking. Let the cookies cool for a few minutes on the baking sheet before moving them to a wire rack to cool all the way.
