Slow Cooker Sesame Beef is a savory and flavorful dish perfect for busy days. The tender beef slices soak up the delicious sauce infused with soy, garlic, and ginger, creating a mouthwatering meal that's sure to satisfy.
Ingredients: 1.5 lb beef chuck roast, thinly sliced. 1/2 cup soy sauce. 1/4 cup brown sugar. 3 cloves garlic, minced. 2 tablespoons sesame oil. 1 tablespoon rice vinegar. 1 tablespoon grated ginger. 1 tablespoon cornstarch. 2 tablespoons water. 2 green onions, thinly sliced. 1 tablespoon sesame seeds.
Instructions: Soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, sesame oil, rice vinegar, and ginger should all be put in a slow cooker. Put the beef slices in the slow cooker and cover them with the sauce mixture. While on high, let the beef cook for 34 hours or on low for 68 hours. Add water and cornstarch to a small bowl. Stir until the mixture is smooth. The sauce will get thicker if you stir it into the slow cooker. Before serving, sprinkle green onions and sesame seeds on top. Put it on top of noodles or rice. Have fun!
