Testing out Electric Zine Maker with the "On a hill in Gradludi" poem from @weepingcedarspodcast's Samite, Season 1 Episode 4 "The Queen in Samite".

Thank you to everyone who has listened to Samite, a horror story set in the Weeping Cedars Universe.
I know the Weeping Cedars podcasts (Weeping Cedars, Samite, Wrought of Amber) fly under the radar for the most part on Tumblr, but the audience has been growing slowly over the last six-and-a-half years. It has been extremely heartwarming to get to share these stories of slow-burn puzzle-box cosmic horror with you.
To those who tried Samite and loved it, and to those who tried it and bounced off of it, thank you for giving it a shot. And to those who finished it and thought, "Now what?" I would point you in the direction of the other podcasts and books in the series (since the end of this series isn't really the end).
So, again, thank you so much for taking this little 12-episode horror series and breathing life into it.
And for those who don't know what Samite is:
Samite is a horror documentary about the early days of Bulletin Board Systems and one particular online community. Its 12 episodes delve into the gloriously strange connections between the members of the Samite BBS and greater forces and events in the 20th century and beyond.

Okay I think I'm far enough removed from my psychotic break earlier in the year to do this one tastefully now
I am REALLY EXCITED for Hum of Glory. It's promising to fill a content/lore niche specific to my Weeping Cedars interests. The following is basically a bingo card, I recognize that not all of these things will probably fit in the short story collection but if we get any of them at all, I'll be over the moon:
-Campers start of darkness plotline
-doesmccormickhasthedeathtouch.exe
-Elton, Tammy, Linda or Joseph content (I'd say Earling too, but based on the teaser letter we got I'd be more shocked if he WASN'T in this one)
-Specifically with Joseph I want to know the nature of his relationship with McCormick, whether everything we saw in Wrought of Amber represents an alleyship between them or something more insidious/complicated. I am ready for the Cornerstone lock box to finally pop open
-Erika turn on your location I just want to talk
-Mike content??? Kayla content??? Both??? It's her Hilltop Sacrifice year and he's in a position to fuck that up severely
-The last episode of Good Night Faithful Friends made Jacob sound a bit shady, what is he hiding?
-What is the connection between Eyes and the Sams. Is Eyes an iteration of Sam, and if so, is he one we've seen before or a new one? What are his relationships to the others, given the whole "unfettered prince claiming to free his brothers" and how it seemingly contradicts what we saw in A Thing, A Thing?
-Speaking of A Thing, A Thing continuity- if Sams are capable of linear reincarnation, why do McCormick and Stroigois have so much lifetime overlap?
-Luke Bryer turn on your location I just want to talk
-Shawn Nosik content??????
-Hotel DuBois loredump???
-McCormick internal monologue, particularly in relation to Campers Hill Day?
-I'd be shocked if we don't get deity development for the Queen
-Possible plot hooks for Ursus spelaeus
-What even ARE the Sams. What is their fucking deal
Weeping Cedars / Samite Podcast
I know the Queen in Samite has her whole cult and her big shiny house and probably a lot of internecine Gradludi-specific power schemes going on, but...
I cannot get over how fucking out of pocket the way Elton speaks to Tammy is in that letter where he tells her "there are those who plan and those who labour and your hands seem made for labour".
EXCUSE ME you fucking Disney-expy nepobaby cult member piece of shit?! He's only in the fucking cult because of his mum, how DARE he.
Ugh. Even Sean had to write a letter to get in, Elton's the murder cult equivalent of being born on third base and thinking you're just really really good at baseball.
Gonna be real with you Queen, if that's the kind of behaviour you let go unchecked in your cult then I can't be part of it.
Friendship ended with the Queen in Samite, I guess Daseth is my Dread Power now? Gross, I hate water.

alex carmichael:
"The Lady of the Lake, her arm clad in the purest Samite, held aloft Excalibur from the bosom of the water, signifying by divine providence that I, Arthur, was to carry Excalibur."
The above still is from the film Excalibur (1981).
The quote is from Monty Python and the Holy Grail (1975).
