4. Salamba sarvangasana

So after years admiring everyone who does yoga I finally attempted and completed my first Salamba Sirsasana (supported headstand) today!!!!!! I had to use the wall because it's more a fear of falling than anything I need to overcome. I need to do a lot of work on it, took a video and when I can do it with proper form will post both videos.
