A healthy and refreshing salad with quinoa, fresh spinach, sweet strawberries, creamy goat cheese, and crunchy walnuts mixed together in a tasty balsamic vinaigrette dressing.
Ingredients: 1 cup quinoa, rinsed and cooked. 2 cups fresh spinach, washed and chopped. 1 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced. 1/2 cup crumbled goat cheese. 1/4 cup chopped walnuts. 2 tablespoons balsamic vinaigrette dressing. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Follow the directions on the package to cook the quinoa, then let it cool. Boil the quinoa and then chop it up. Add the spinach and strawberries, along with the goat cheese and walnuts. Add the balsamic vinaigrette dressing to the salad and gently toss it all together. Add pepper and salt to taste. Put it in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before you serve it. A refreshing and vibrant strawberry avocado salad that combines the sweetness of strawberries with the creaminess of avocados, balanced by the tangy balsamic dressing. Perfect for a light and healthy meal.
Ingredients: 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced. 2 ripe avocados, diced. 4 cups mixed salad greens. 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced. 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese. 1/4 cup chopped fresh mint leaves. 1/4 cup chopped pecans. For the dressing:. 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar. 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil. 1 tablespoon honey. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Put the mixed salad greens in a big white bowl to make the base. on top of the greens. Slice the strawberries, dice the avocados, and cut the red onion into thin slices. Place broken up feta cheese and chopped fresh mint leaves on top of the salad. Use a different small bowl to mix the dressing: add extra-virgin olive oil, honey, salt, and pepper; whisk the ingredients together until they are well mixed. Just before you serve the salad, drizzle it with the dressing. Toss the salad gently to mix all the ingredients together and coat them with the dressing. Put chopped pecans on top of the salad to make it crunchier. Get the strawberry avocado salad out right away and enjoy it!

Ingredients: 6 medium red potatoes, unpeeled. 3/4 cup mayonnaise. 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard. 1 tablespoon white vinegar. 1/4 cup finely diced red onion. 2 stalks celery, finely diced. 3 whole dill pickles, diced. 4 hard-boiled eggs, peeled and diced. Salt and pepper, to taste.
Instructions: In a large pot, boil potatoes until tender but still firm, about 15-20 minutes. Drain and cool. In a large bowl, mix together mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and white vinegar. Once potatoes are cool, cut into bite-sized pieces and add to the bowl with the dressing. Add red onion, celery, pickles, and eggs to the bowl. Mix gently to combine. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
