Ingredients: 8 ounces spaghetti. 1 tablespoon olive oil. 1 onion, chopped. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 pound ground beef. 1 24 ounces jar marinara sauce. 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese. 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese. Salt and pepper to taste. Fresh basil leaves for garnish optional.
Instructions: Preheat oven to 375F 190C. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onion and minced garlic, saut until fragrant. Add ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned. Drain excess fat if needed. Stir in marinara sauce and cooked spaghetti. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix well. Transfer the spaghetti mixture to a greased baking dish. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese and grated Parmesan cheese evenly over the top. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Garnish with fresh basil leaves if desired before serving.
