These Keto Cheesy Spinach Puffs are a tasty snack or appetizer that is also good for you. They are great for people on a low-carb or keto diet because they are crispy on the outside and cheesy and spinach-filled in the middle.
Ingredients: 4 cups fresh spinach, chopped. 1 cup almond flour. 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese. 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese. 2 large eggs. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 1/4 teaspoon black pepper.
Instructions: Before you start cooking, heat the oven to 375F 190C. Chop up the spinach and put it in a large bowl. Add the almond flour, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Beat the eggs in a different bowl, then add them to the spinach. Mix everything together well. Put the dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Use a spoon or cookie scoop to roll the dough into small balls. Before you put the puffs in the oven, heat it up. Bake them for 15 to 20 minutes, or until they are golden brown and firm. Take it out of the oven and let it cool down a bit before you serve it. Have fun warm!
