I headcanon that in all those fantasy universes where every single pantheon exists (common in comic books), that when the story of Moses was going on, the Egyptian Pantheon actually tried to convince the Pharoah to let the Hebrews go, too.
This was because not only did they know the Hebrew's god was gonna be pissed and retaliate (the pantheons TRY to not upset each other), but they also were appalled with the methods used to keep the Hebrews in line, especially the baby murdering incident. They had to hold Taweret back after that because she wanted to go on a rampage.
So when Moses showed up and the priests tried to ask the gods to intervene, the Egyptian Pantheon were like,
"Uh, no. We gave you multiple visions about this. We told you for the safety of Egypt to not enslave an entire race of people and then mistreat them. If the Pharoah is smart, he'll let the Hebrews go the moment the plagues start, because their god remembers what you did to those babies, and he'll probably remind you of that exact day. Eye for an eye."
And then for the rest of the story they're pulling their hair out as the Pharoah just keeps letting it get worse. Meanwhile, Sakhmet wanted to drink that river of blood.
