Yesterday was day 10 of #75hard. - I also barely made it to and through my gym workout due to not paying attention. As most of you now know, I’ve found out I am lactose intolerant now and it’s been a really hard adjustment to make. I’m 38 and cheese has been one of my favorite foods my entire life. So I let myself get overly hungry and I went to the fridge and had a piece. Nothing crazy, I even logged it in My Fitness Pal. Then about 30 minutes later realization hit and my stomach was cramping and all I wanted to do at that point was vomit and curl up in a ball and sleep. The whole thing was completely unconscious, which is one of the That I’ve been learning with #75hard, to be more conscious of the details. Boy did I learn that lesson the hard way. - I did go to the gym. I’m proud of myself for not skipping out when the desire to was really strong. My cardio wasn’t up to par by a long shot, but I’ve definitely learned my lesson and will not put myself through that misery again. - Onto this ridiculous looking outfit. That top is at least 2 sizes too small, but I wanted to try it on. I wanted to feel how far away I was from one of my goals. I honestly couldn’t believe I got it on. So of course I had to get a “before” picture in it. I hope to do some progress photos in it over time. Basically that top is an Athletic XL. I say athletic because it’s a brand that caters to fit people not average folks that tend to be a little pudgy, and definitely not for this fat girl. However, this thing has some massive stretch! Then the shorts I bought about a month ago and were tight. In fact the first time I took a progress photo in them was exactly one month ago, so I had to share the difference. They’re so much more comfortable now and if you look closely you can see some significant differences. - So that’s the story of my interesting gym workout last night. I’m going to get a dr appointment to figure out this gut thing and do a full checkup. I really need to know where I am, so I know where to go with things. - Well I hope you all have a fantastic Thursday!
