Day 75. - Mind - Sharp. Body - Strong. Spirit - Connected. - I failed this programme 50 times (no exaggeration, maybe even more). Every failure was another reason for why it had to be done. - I don’t know anything about this journey of life that we’re all on, I’m making things up as I go along. The one takeaway I feel worthy to give you is that you should turn up the volume on the inner voice that we all have, telling us that we’re capable of becoming, knowing, having & experiencing more. - It’s crazy what can happen when you starve the distractions and vices for a while. However, I’m not perfect, so if you see me next week eating a red velvet cake with a bottle of Hennessy and a big Rasta man Spliff, please don’t judge me.
