Speaking of goals, I decided to try to go through Intro difficulty of Runmageddon (it is an extreme obstacle race) next year. Since I haven't been exercising for years and can't even jog to the bus without losing my breath, it's going to be a challenge. But I think I can do it if I train enough this year. I'm starting yoga and kettlebells next month for endurance and strength (got a gym membership), and started a healthy diet today! If it goes well, I might pick up Krav Maga later. Wish me luck.
