I'm back with painting miniatures for the first time in a while
This took ~6 hours of work and i'm happy with the result

Ecco un altro dei nostri lavori, un'altra miniatura per D&D. Ne realizziamo anche per Pathfinder, Warcraft, Runewars,Warhammer e collezionismo in generale.
Rewarded myself for clearing the hobby room by going straight to GW and picking up some of the new Contrast paints and a can of Wraith Bone spray!
I tried the contrast paints in the store back when they were released and really liked how they work so I bought a small range of colours today and I’ll add to them as I go.
I also took a walk to the FLGS (Static Games) and picked up a couple of boxes of Fantasy Flight’s Runewars miniatures. The store had tonnes of boxes going very cheap as the game has been discontinued so I grabbed some Reanimates and a Waiqar Infantry Command unit.
Very tempted to go back and pick up a few more boxes before they all disappear!

Project of the day: finished
Painted a bunch of skeletons. Now I only need to paint some skeleton archers and a skeleton commander.
Luckily, only one of my players follows me on here.
Runewars worm lancer
Painted some random figures for a demo copy of Runewars that will be in the local game store. Had a very limited time to finish them, did it the same morning I’m turning them in. Up close they look like piss but on the table stacked together they look alright, which is what they paid me for so. The base is a little bit bare but it’s what was ordered and they were going to add some tufts of grass onto it in the store later on to match the other ones they already have.
Also although I quite like the design of the models, the sculpts are crap. None of the spears are straight and everyone points in a different direction, and there is a lot of little deformities all over the models, especially at the meeting point were two pieces has been melded together but not properly lined up.
