Even though I don't necessarily talk about my own wakfu headcanons, much less any x reader ones, I did think about some in the past before:

Yugo

Being the sole protector of his people for millenias, it would be far too underwleming to say that Yugo's protective side glares up when he's around you.

He might come across as carefree and brave, but when it comes to you, he’s incredibly protective. If he notices you’re in danger, even the smallest threat, he won’t hesitate to jump in front of you, ready to take on anything. He’s fiercely loyal and will always make sure you’re safe.

He'll go as far as to create a portal to transport you out of harm's way if the situation gets too dangerous. His love for you comes with a lot of “I’ll keep you safe no matter what” energy.

Who could also forget the numerous portal dates he'll take you on?? Imagine him taking you on spontaneous "dates" to beautiful, faraway places. A picnic on a floating island? Check. If you're just as adventurous as him, exploring ancient ruins together? Definitely. He loves surprising you with his portal magic, but always with a touch of playful mischief.

He’ll also always make sure you’re having fun and exploring things you enjoy, so whether it’s a quiet moment in the forest or a trip to a vibrant city like Bonta, Yugo's portals become a way to share his experiences with you.

He isn’t one to be overly flirtatious, but when he does compliment you, it's incredibly heartfelt. Whether it's how brave you are or how much he admires your intelligence, Yugo’s compliments always feel genuine.

If you're down or feeling insecure, he’ll try to cheer you up with sweet words, reminding you how important you are to him and how much you mean to the group. He can be a bit awkward with it, but it’s his sincere nature that makes it all the more charming.

It makes you feel a bit less bad about it when he's also unaware of what his past lives must've been like.

He might challenge you to little games, like trying to beat him in an obstacle course or see who can hold their breath the longest while diving underwater. His playful competitive nature makes him fun to be around.

When you’re sick or injured, Yugo immediately drops everything to take care of you. He’s usually the one getting you ready for bed, making you Alibert's special soup, and making sure you’re as comfortable as possible.

If you’re feeling under the weather, he might even bring you small trinkets from his travels to cheer you up, like pretty flowers or unique stones he’s found on his adventures. He'll spend the day by your side, doing anything he can to make you feel better.

Being with Yugo will mean moving around frequently. He's a warrior and a traveler at heart after all. Good luck comstricting him to one place at all times. Traveling the world is Yugo's life, and he loves the idea of having someone by his side who’s ready for an adventure at any moment. When things get tough, he’ll lean on you for support. He trusts you completely, whether it’s fighting off a group of enemies or simply navigating through a dangerous dungeon.

Yugo would constantly encourage you to try new things, pushing both of you out of your comfort zones. No matter how challenging or dangerous, as long as you’re together, he believes you can take on anything.

Amalia Sheran Sharm

If there's one thing you should know about Amalia, is that she digs everything about the sweet, tender side of romance. She loves small, playful gestures, so treat her right would you?

She loves showing her affection through kisses, hugs, bringing you flowers, offering to make you a flower crown, or simply brushing a lock of hair behind your ear. Just don't end up in the bedroom alone with her...

He’ll also often break into song or spontaneous "battle cries" to get your attention, but it’s always in a lighthearted, playful way—he just wants to make your day brighter.

But while Percedal may seem like the goofy, fearless knight, when it comes to protecting you, he’ll go to great lengths. He’s always ready to shield you from harm and will be incredibly fierce in defending your honor.

He’s the type who’ll drop everything at a moment’s notice if he thinks you’re in danger or need help. And after the danger has passed, he’ll make sure you’re okay, either with comforting words or by pampering you with something sweet (be prepared to see him fail though).

Dally is definitely not subtle when it comes to showing affection. If he likes you, it’s clear to anyone around him. He’s the type to publicly declare his admiration with overly dramatic gestures, like holding up your hand and shouting, "This one's mine!" in front of everyone (much to your embarrassment). Trust me when I say this, he does not understand what PDA means and he'll do it on a constant basis. He'll even think showering you with his affection in public is a way to show everyone he succeeded in having you.

He’ll try to impress you with grand declarations, but in the most endearing and clumsy way. You’ll catch him trying to be chivalrous—like offering to carry something for you, only to almost trip over his own feet. He might end up making a mess, but it’s the thought that counts.

Be sure to have someone as crass as him in the most unexpected times.

Depending on if you're a warrior or not, Percedal is all about adventure, and he loves having you by his side on every quest. Although if you don't fight, he'll make sure you stand behind him at all times. He'll act like a total nerd while being your "knight in shining armor." Whether it’s a simple exploration or a dangerous fight, he enjoys the fact that you're watching him "being so strong."

He might get you caught up in his "spontaneous" successes, but no matter what, he always makes sure you’re impressed by him. He’s the type to bring a lot of energy to whatever adventure he's on, even if that means being a little reckless sometimes.

During these adventures, he’ll often do the cheesy "knight-in-shining-armor" thing, sweeping you off your feet (literally) when things get tough, even if it’s all a bit exaggerated and over-the-top.

Beneath all the antics, Dally is incredibly tender when it comes to moments of quiet intimacy. After a hard day’s fight, he’ll rest beside you, leaning his shoulder into yours, letting the silence speak for itself.

If you’re injured, he’ll be by your side in a flash, bandaging you up with care (though his clumsiness might lead to some accidental fumbling). He’ll apologize profusely, but you can tell he’s genuinely worried and wants to make sure you’re okay.

Percedal can be hilariously jealous at times. If someone else is looking more impressive than him, he’ll act all grumpy, like, “What, you think they’re better than me?” with a stupid pout.

Most of the times he's jealous, it's really for no reason at all. You barely pay attention to anyone other than him and he'll still find a way to get competitive with the other person.

He’ll do something dramatic to win you back, like loudly proclaiming his admiration for you in a totally unnecessary way or doing something silly to grab your attention.

Despite the jealousy, he’s not possessive or controlling—just a little goofy in how he expresses his feelings.

While he is usually the one doing the flirting, there are moments when you catch him off-guard, and he gets adorably flustered. Whether it’s a compliment you give him or a playful kiss on the cheek, he’ll turn bright red and start stumbling over his words with a goofy smile on his face.

He might try to play it cool, but you’ll catch him blushing furiously, trying (and failing) to cover it up by going into one of his ridiculous “sword poses with Rubilax” or by talking about anything other than his feelings.

What is safe to say though is that Dally feels horrible and has mixed feelings about the entire thing. He doesn't know how he should behave around you at times when he thinks about his origins. He doesn't even know if it's even okay to feel these feelings about you.

He spoke about you to Goultard a few times, but the older iop simply said to enjoy this life and not worry about the past nor future.

Despite Goultard's words to enjoy what he currently has, Dally sometimes feels unconvinced about it all because he would absolutely hate hurting you.

Alas, either you notice his distant behavior and confront him about it, or he won't tell you willingly.

A iop's brain is thicker than its contents after all. Good luck trying to force what he has to tell you out loud. It'll hurt his heart to tell you.

Evangelyne

Eva might not be the most openly affectionate person, but her loyalty to you is unwavering.

Despite his excuses of saving both of your savings, even though his vault is frustratingly overfilled, he'll surprisingly improvise by cooking up some remedies that his grandma Moumoune had taught him as a kid. (seriously you have no idea how she's still alive to this day)

Besides the helpful family medicine he'll make for you, don't expect his usual cooking to be good. That man will only excell at what he does if it saves his kamas.

If ajy danger were to come to you, Ruel won’t hesitate to step up and defend you in a heartbeat. His old, rough exterior is all about protection.

One thing to love about Ruel is that he is an man with a past, and he’s got tons of stories from his treasure-hunting days. When he’s in a good mood, he’ll sit down and tell you stories from his past—sometimes with a hint of nostalgia and fascination.

You’ll learn about the many crazy adventures he’s had, the near-death encounters, and the treasures he’s claimed. Occasionally, he’ll tell a story about his accomplishments, weird moments, and even about his past love and close friendships. And while he’ll downplay the whole thing, you’ll catch a soft, wistful look in his eyes.

He might also tell you how he ended up getting his treasure, making sure to tell you how he was the best enutrof in every situation. Still, you can tell there’s genuine affection in the way he tells his stories, especially when he talks about the people he’s cared about.
