A cardinal sin: without a doubt, wrath. rayna is spiteful, especially towards her father. ever since he left, she's become abhorrent and hateful towards him. anger that bubbles below the surface, simmering, never quite finding a place to finally boil over because she has never been given a chance nor a reason to. she's angry and wants to let it show, but won't. angry because of the past, angry because everyone seems to overlook her history without a second thought. she's trying her hardest and wonders if people can see it; wonders if people care.

A Greek muse: I picked Clio, history and memories. rayna is a memory box. she remembers everything. she forgets to buy the garlic, but she will remember every word ever said to her. she remembers everything that has ever happened to her and everyone around her, unnervingly. truthfully, it haunts her. it reverberates in her cranium like an echo that hit the walls years ago and now gets quieter and quieter, her never seems to stop ailing her. it bothers her to recall so much - to rue so much. she's fragile, in a way. in a way that the moments don't bother her, but the memories of them do. a moment happens once, but a memory happens over and over again.

A supernatural creature: technically not supernatural, but a centaur. always armed, always moving. never for a moment do they stop or let their guard down. wild, violent, unpredictable, savage, even. a creature that will do anything and everything just to survive. walking in a group that is extremely tight, she rarely lets that guard down. like she's been trained, like it's muscle memory; she keeps walking. walking because she doesn't know how to rest her feet, walking because she fears the idea of standing still. she keeps her mind busy and bustling because it distracts her from the silence that plagues her head. it drives her crazy, and she runs from it.

A gem: a garnet. fiery red, yet known for love and protection. she knows what it feels like to be young and confused, afraid and helpless. she wouldn't wish that upon her worst enemy and so she protects her loved ones from it. she visits her mother regularly because even after everything, she doesn't wish for her to feel alienated. she often attends rowen's performances not only to support him, but to let him know that he's doing great; that she's there every step of the way. she spends every moment she can with william because she wants to show him the kindness that he never fails to show her. she never fails to make her friends feel cared for in her presence - included, even.
