Ingredients: 4 medium turnips, peeled and diced. 2 tablespoons olive oil. 1 teaspoon garlic powder. 1 teaspoon paprika. Salt and pepper to taste. Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish.
Instructions: Preheat the oven to 400F 200C. In a large bowl, toss the diced turnips with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until well coated. Spread the turnips in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the turnips are golden brown and tender, tossing halfway through. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
