Ellie: “lol, sure, but your gonna be real confused.”

Ellie finding out she shares DNA with this guy and pauses before whipping out her phone and calling Danny.

Ellie: “Yo Danny? Are you adopted?”

Danny: “What no???”

Ellie: “Then why is Batman saying he’s my dad???”

Danny: “What?”

Batman: “who’s that?”

Ellie: “the guy I’m cloned from.”

imagine if when he shot him it ripped open plasmius' shirt and danny had to go home that night realizing he unironically found vlad hot for a moment and tries to bury the idea (he fails miserably)

Easy, any child her beloved adopts is also her child by default, therefore regardless of who the other father is, that is her grand baby and she will be a grandmother.

Danny is terrified, not of gods, not his moms reanimated murder meatloaf, or even the more eldrich things laying dormant in the deepest depths of the Ghost Zone, but of Talia Al Ghul going full mother bear on him.

I wanna do BrainDead in the Best Kept Secrets au fic, and I'm currently working on the first chapter which has Danny talking to one of the batkids for advice on if he should confront his biodad or not (He is of course wearing hood up hoodie and color tinted glasses (not full sunglasses bc that's weird at night but tinted enough to alter his eyes/darken the color) he's being stealthy here no need to get picked out right off the bat, if the Bats and birds are as close to the waynes as people conspiriorize that's not a word Danny They'd catch that right off. and he doesnt want to give away Phantom in case reasons)

Danny will of course be super vague about WHO he's looking for in Gotham, just that he knows who the man is, where to find him, and that he already has other children, a family probably doesn't need his bullshit. No matter what vigilante he talks too. but whoever it is sill probably make the connection pretty quick
