Son to Wyatt Halliwell and Jason Todd, albeit one they're not aware of and will never be able to. The lazarus pitt accursed influenced erased him from their memories as soon as his birth took place. As merely a baby, cleaned, properly taken care off, and put to sleep, he disappeared, teleporting through time and space. Stolen in the night by his own blood. And nothing he's ever tried to do has been able to have his parents remember, because even the slightest tell, rewrites itself.

Giving up by the time he was old enough to realise it was never going to change, he focused on being Bart, and not the baby his parents wanted. Raised by a loving family though, his struggle to find his parents came more so from the duty he had to take on, and the fear that he would put his adoptive family in danger. That's why when he was old enough, to accept that his biological parents would never be so, and that his presence was dangerous to, he rewrite his identity and created his own. Neither of his families remember him, but at least, one is safe, and the other never missed him.

After rewriting himself, he stole money from the demons he hunt, and their social position. He is a lawyer. Big money from the rich, defender of the poor.
