Rhubarb and strawberries lemonade with the benefit of added collagen! . This was ridiculously easy to make. 2 stalks of rhubarb, 1/2 cup of monk fruit @lakantosweetener and 1 cup of water, bring to a simmer in a small saucepan til the rhubarb falls apart, strain. In a glass, add lemon juice, rhubarb syrup and water to taste. Add a tablespoon of collagen and mix well (I use my coffee frother), add sliced strawberries and ice cubes. Enjoy! . This is one more way to add collagen to your diet.
