#retail problem

Every time someone jokes I look too young to be selling alcohol and proceed to refuse to show me their ID or tell me their birthday so they can continue their order... I want so bad for them to take one guess at my age. And when they fail miesrably (most guesses are anywhere from 5-10 years off) they'd have to show me their ID no questions asked. But I fight the urge because I feel like they'd get even more pissed after that.

So this one time I walked up to one of my managers in her office and was like, "Hey, have you heard of vajazzing?" And of course I knew she hadn't and she says no. So I show her a video on it and I honestly think she wanted to fire me after that! 😂

I mean there's a lot of things I hate about self scan, it's a very long list. But one of the things on that list is when customers decide you're taking too long to come and help them because you're in the middle of helping someone else so they just decide to walk away with no warning leaving their entire order. But you can't void a transaction at self scan so you have to transfer it, cancel it from another register and possibly call a supervisor for an override.
