i miss claire redfield so much. maybe i just idolize her a lot because of canon but i genuinely don't think i would have been the same in canon if she wasn't there for me. lately, more and more memories have been resurfacing for me and not sure why. i even remember when i had a phase of being rather snippy towards her but not because of her just the whole situation. she stayed by my side and never judged me. only supported me. truly like a mother to me. - sherry birkin kin (from resident evil)

Accepting that I'm Leon Kennedy and a couple of days later figuring out that a new Resident Evil game I'm in would be coming out soon was really funny. Like, damn, this so flew past me and it's a game portraying me lol

with resident evil 9 coming really, really soon, i haven't been able to stop thinking about what's gonna happen to me. i know narratively it makes the most sense for me to die, and it'd probably be really satisfying, but i've still been dreading it. the problem with being a survival horror protagonist is the horrors and surviving it.

I've been kin a long long time, pretty much gave up on looking for canonmates years ago and although I still miss my loved ones it hasn't really ached like this in a while. Bertie my darling, I don't remember if I ever told you how I felt and I know our canon was entirely different from the "source" so the odds of you even remembering me are terrible, but you've always been a strength to me and I still adore and admire you.
