These pudding pops are a delicious new take on the classic Key Lime Pie. They are cool and creamy, and the graham cracker crumbs add the perfect amount of sweetness. With Heather's French Press, you can enjoy the tastes of summer in a fun and easy way.
Ingredients: 1 package 3.4 ounces instant key lime pudding mix. 2 cups cold milk. 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs. 1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk. 1/4 cup whipped cream or whipped topping.
Instructions: Add the cold milk to a bowl and whisk in the instant key lime pudding mix. Do this for about two minutes, or until the mixture is smooth and thick. Add the graham cracker crumbs and sweetened condensed milk and mix them in well. Before adding the whipped cream or topping, make sure it's all mixed in. I filled up each popsicle mold about three quarters of the way to the top with the mixture. In each mold, put a popsicle stick. Then, freeze until firm, which should take at least 4 hours or overnight. In order to get the popsicles out of the molds after they have frozen, run them under warm water for a short time. Serve right away and enjoy!
