Ingredients: 2 cups fresh fruit such as strawberries, blueberries, or mango. 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup. 1 cup plain yogurt Greek yogurt or coconut yogurt for dairy-free. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1/4 cup water.
Instructions: Clean the fruit and cut it up. Cut up the fruit and put it in a blender with honey or maple syrup, yogurt, vanilla extract, and water. Mix until it's smooth. Place the mix into popsicle molds. Place popsicle sticks inside the molds. Put it in the freezer for at least four hours, or until it's solid.
