history

growing up, bo’s father was what many would consider a zealot. he treated witch hunting like a religion; it consumed every part of their lives, infiltrated every aspect. when bo was old enough to hold a stick and confidently run, training became a daily ritual. 

witch hunting was a hereditary occupation, at least in his family. bo was taught to believe it was his fate, that his entire existence was designed to balance the unnatural forces that witches were. it wasn’t until bo’s mother grew very sick, and his father became very paranoid, that he questioned the authority his father had. his father was convinced there was a witch that had cursed bo’s mother—as a result, he refused to let her see any doctors in fear that they were witches as well. after his father tried to burn the family home down with his mother inside, bo left. he put his mother in a hospital, far from his father, under a different name. 

bo has been traveling around since then, looking for work as the only thing he knows—hunting witches. while he believes his father was wrong on many accounts, he has yet to deconstruct his childhood, and still believes hunting witches is his fate.

born second to the exceptionally influential BRAITHWAITE FAMILY, there was never an escape from the whispers around the empire’s enigmatic background, including the rumors of vampirism running through their blood. no one ever discovered the actual truth back then; and not many knew that her light tresses were an unnatural product of those mystical genes. ever since she was young, micah was frequently told to dye her hair brown, conceal her fangs, as well as the sprinkles of shifting eye colors; her bloodthirst had been constricted ever since.

it’d be safe to say that micah’s financial needs had always been fulfilled ever since she was a child. though  the cost of that extravagance came in the form of her parents’ negligence, scantily able to spend time with the youngest unless they were adorning her with lectures on how to be the seamless next-in-line for their family.

despite the lack of attention from the elders, micah devoured the luxury with ease and was content with the affection that came from her babysitters as well as her doting sister, NURALIYE. to chalk her as spoiled might be a little coarse, but not untrue. the girl’s naivete was quite massive, and it blinded her into thinking that she could still idolize her parents and they were entirely worth of her worshipping.

although innocuous, micah was taught how to be the next heiress from the get-go, as her parents’ second attempt after her older sister showed signs of rebellion. everything she had ever desired was given on a silver platter, yet in order to return the favor she’d have to agree to extranous activities which demanded her to be courteous and prim. things twisted around for the worse when she was continuously pushed emotionally and punished in a very humiliating manner whenever she failed to impress her higher ranks and seniors.

bearing clumsiness, micah often discovered herself in physical predicaments; falling accidents and bruises smearing farther when she was only given a knock to her forehead or a slap to her wrist. becoming concerned that their peers would misunderstand the increasing marks and take notice of their harsh treatment, micah’s parents ultimately handed her to be adopted by a much more quaint family: the chois, yet ensuring they would return to take her again when they felt like she was prepared enough to finally receive the responsibility to be their successor.

living with the chois didn’t once ease her competitive nature and their desire to always come up on top amongst her siblings. with that being said, the adoptive family’s treatment towards her was significantly better and more humane. they saw the potential in the girl to be great and provided her all the education she needed as well as the medium that could launch her career. from here, micah began to develop interest in the art of broadcasting and social media and when she was old enough to perform the tasks, she started bouncing off to make her name known.

micah became a rather well-known student at school. to the point where it would be safe to deem her as popular. she was known to be amicable, cordial, and everyone’s ideal type to be the one that took charge of the school’s bidding fame. with that being said, no one was really aware of her rather persistent ways to gather the crown. plenty of her methods had ended up being somewhat dishonest, and she had tricked her opponent and shoved them into false exposure by putting corrupt accusations to take them out of them competition when she was gunning to become the homecoming queen. in which, she did become one, implying that despite the better upbringing, the twisted roots that her biological parents had planted never left.

in the midst of all these adolescent rivalries, however, micah discovered a fellow student that piqued her interest and eventually, attraction. ATTICUS VILLANELLE was a lonesome, enigmatic figure that made her want to pursue and dissect the mysteries around him. despite her peers’ warnings to not be involved with such a reticent figure like he, the two ended up meeting, and sparks were quick to be ignited. micah, who previously had not been appealed to implore her romantic side, was enthused and enticed by his allure. soon enough, two different sides of the universe became one, and she found herself falling in love with the artist the more their relationship flourished.

her life seemed to continue clambering up ever since. even after her lover had to drop out of the school, she ensured they maintained contact and micah had never had a second to turn her interest to someone else despite her mounting empire. throughout the times when she didn’t have atticus with her, micah turned up her dedication to educate herself more in broadcasting. she cared a lot less about finding true love, as she was sure that hers had been solidified the moment she landed eyes on atticus.

after graduating high school and establishing her own occupation, working alongside her former classmate JOHNATHAN CHENG, or mostly known as JOHNNY, to build their own podcast studio and gearing to make a name for themselves. johnny was known to be an envious man, however, and tried several times to court the podcaster just like all those pursuers that had settled their mark on her when she was growing up with her biological family. micah never returned his feelings, and this seemed to boil him even more within. micah dodged all of that possible debacle with ease, particularly when she was later reunited with the love of her life and the two meshed together again seamlessly.

on the side, micah had gradually began to uncover more of her biological family’s facts and news. whilst her older sister had been pronounced either missing or dead ( while she was well-aware that they weren’t ) she also began to take notice of discrepancies, subtle crimes such made by the influential figures and how toxic they could be amongst their peers. slowly but surely recalling all the hell they had put her through as a child, whilst she grew more and more rebellious and outspoken with atticus, micah’s idolization of them began to wane up until she even decided that she would take over the company one day and aiming to establish a better environment and bonds. when her parents were later exposed for their crimes and were thrown into jail, micah signed and claimed her rights to become their official heiress, knowing both her older siblings, after discovering her eldest one, evren, had no particular interest in taking the position.

the relationship between her and atticus further expanded, and after taking luxurious trips and losing her virginity to him, the two became engaged and started living together. they also attended college together and micah, being the over-achiever that she was, once again graduated with flying colors. whilst the enrollment wasn’t a necessity, her future position as a heiress would demand her to possess at least significant degrees in order to be taken seriously. she barely had a hard time pushing through, and was ecstatic to have her soon-to-be spouse be with her despite them not having the same goals. it never really mattered to her, as long as they stayed together.

soon enough, the two eventually tied the knot and furthened their joy, opting to remain as a couple without a child to entirely bask in each other’s presence. however, their peace was then finally lacerated when atticus experienced a downfall lurch after the murder of his sister and the free-falling of his mental and physical health. micah eventually decided to halt her education chasing and dedicated the majority of her free time ensuring her husband would be okay. it was not a hassle for the lovebirds, although there would be times where micah would slip here and there.

unfortunately more tragedies soon began to daunt the couple, starting from a break-in and harassment caused by johnny, now her former employer, to the mental dive she was developing as he continued to disturb the two both mentally and physically. ultimately, she was unable to take the emotional beating anymore and after an accident involving atticus and she on a new year’s eve, she decided to use her power to put one of the harassers out. her crime was investigated and sniffed out after, and just like her parents, she was put in prison. however, due to her wealth and influence as a heiress, micah managed to shorten her time.

micah suffers from an increasing mental chagrin after the break-in incident, causing her at times to hallucinate her attacker and see him in places he isn’t supposed to be. micah, however, is being handled by professional and high-paid psychiarists to keep her poised and taken care of.

micah is a cat lover, and owns four furballs she and her husband have been raising together with joy. like their own children, perhaps.

she excels in multiple languages; korean, japanese, french, greek, portuguese, and spanish, due to living with a mixed-culture family, the chois.

atticus also taught her bsl, however, she’s still in the process of learning despite the many years that have passed.

micah is relatively known in the winery and auction business due to her unique clamber into acquiring her company’s ownership, simultaneously it’s left her looked down by her fellow colleagues for achieving her title through the ‘easy’ way.

born to a distraught mother, a missing father, and a hostile step-father, haerin’s, alongside her twin’s, births were a result of a supposed-happier pregnancy until alicia mae received the news that her lover was guilty of heinous crime and had to be imprisoned throughout the rest of her carrying. unable to tend to, later, six children of her own -- alicia took little haerin with her across the globe while the rest of her children was handed to adoption. desperate to gain stability in finance, alicia remarried matthew alcott, a vicious ex whom she had a son with and whom had lured her with the false promise that he’d be a better person for the family. alicia was quick to realize how gullible she had been after.

as a toddler, haerin frequently became ill; up to the point where she experienced a near-death experience when her ailment worsened. however, desperate to save her child, alicia made deals with lieseil company to help cure her. somehow, she managed to come out healed. except with several abnormal discrepancies; her black hair turned oddly pink, and those around her tend to experience nightmarish visions in their sleep when she’s within proximity. 

she grew up knowing and constantly frightened by the fact that rage was a part of her everyday routine. loud silverwares at eight in the morning, beer bottles being thrown throughout the rest of the afternoon, shouting, screaming, hands on her arms when she raised her voice and her own hands on someone’s arms when they so much as breathe too heavily over her shoulder, wounds, bruises. matthew, now intrigued, decided to milk her anger — continuously he would push and pull to see how far she would go, how powerful and how weak she could be, severely wound her before letting her rest again later to lick her own wounds.

at the age of twelve, a traumatizing event involving her half-brother’s, caleb, suicide caused haerin to spiral into an obscure place. the more she grew up, the more she allowed herself to be drowned with dangerous vices. she started consuming alcohol at a young age, and was deemed a troublemaker at school. haerin was enanormed with one of her classmates, doroteja mae-navai, but her own antics shunned her from being able to develop close relationships. she was a class clown through and through, and kept most people at an arm’s length. 

discovering rifts of solace was almost implausible until her little sister, samantha alcott, was adopted into the family — somehow untouched and unwounded yet by the claws of her father, haerin desperately took the initiative to take care and shield the youngest sibling when the others couldn’t. the two grew a close bond and amidst haerin’s muddy other efforts to find peace and distractions through physical, sexual, and harmful endeavors, she, for the first time, felt what it was like to be thoroughly cared by someone other than her mother and numerous psychiatrists her father had assigned for her to cover his wrongdoings.  those were short bursts of short-lived comfort. but there was peace, and then there wasn’t.

hell broke loose when a feud between her and her father turned atrocious to the point where severe physical harm was inflicted — samantha accidentally slipped and was caught in the crossfire when haerin’s elbow pushed her during the fiasco, causing her to collapse off the stairs and ending with a fractured arm and two heavily damaged legs. the aftermath of the incident was enough to turn haerin’s world upside down and blanketed her with ceaseless guilt, sending her once more into thousands of self-destructive behaviours. at this point, isolation became haerin’s only option, and curling herself away from the world, she decided to leave home and live on her own.

lost and homeless, haerin ventured throughout the states and later encountered diego rogalnikov, the spouse of her now-older childhood friend doroteja, while he was an aloof man, she managed to acquaint herself with them and lived within their secluded neighborhood. haerin saw diego as a mentor, while doroteja was someone that she had warmed up pretty quick again. haerin eventually had to pack her bags about a year after when she realized that her mental state had continued to lurch, secretly, and bid the two an amicable farewell.

spending several months with only so little resources on the streets, haerin soon prompted a low-maintenance career as a underground fighter, participating in weekly bouts to keep herself fed and somewhat provided. on the side, she began to also refine her artistic skills by working as a freelance carpenter and painter when the cash from her fights wasn’t enough to keep her through the month. barely enduring through those exhaustive nights, haerin later became involved in an on-and-off relationship with one of the ringleaders’ daughter, astrid locke. while the pair had their moments, they constantly failed to take it a step further due to haerin’s trauma and lacking comprehension of her own feelings at that time and astrid’s continuous feeding to the unbridled, yet much more venomous lifestyle.

haerin was later approached during one of her more illegal fights by a man who revealed himself as her younger brother, atticus villanelle; dumbfounded, haerin contacted her mother for the first time in a long while for affirmation and alicia admitted that it was true. haerin proceeded to learn about the rest of her biological siblings then: her twin cyrek, and younger one annaki. 

haerin decided to find cyrek first, and while the two often butted heads, she eventually was given the opportunity to join the bombers; in which she contributed by helping them with supplies gained from her underground fighting payment. her time there didn’t last long, however, when cyrek began noticing her emotional turbulence and eventually, civilly, she ended up departing from the group.

she continued with her life; one match turned awry, however, when a hit from her opponent caused a striking impact,  making her lose focus amidst the round and unintentionally rely on desperate and deadly moves. she lost the match and her career was forcibly halted for what she had done. haerin received a lingering injury after, and eventually she decided to flee again to receive help by admitting herself to several institutions, including one in her mother’s hometown in korea, secluding herself to take care of the elder. astrid and haerin maintained contact, and although haerin remained distant due to her medicated state, she promised to give them another chance when she returned to the states.

however, when she did find her way back, she was hit with the news that astrid had gone missing, possibly getting tangled in the conflict that took her life. morose, haerin became closed-off, reigniting her fighting career despite the warnings about her injury and lived a quiet live in a near rundown townhouse for months. around this time, she was reunited with doroteja, reconciling their friendship after hearing the news about their husband’s passing. soon enough, their relationship blossomed, and having learned to be more vulnerable, she opened herself fully to them and was genuine in their bond. they married a year after, taking in doroteja’s son, nikita, with them as well as doroteja’s second child later, claire. haerin once again exited fighting, entirely, to focus on her family.

reuniting with cyrek, 

haerin had also begun to develop a special project to provide assistance for neglected children or those without families spread their creativity by working together with a foster care organization and building an art shack for them; intending to make sure no other kids would have to go through what she had or at least, feel as lonesome  supervised by the higher ranks of the organization, alongside a few of her close friends and cyrek, she would attend the shack at least four times a week to accompany the children and welcome some of the new arrivals.

after finding out that azula was no longer able to bear another child due to a traumatic event that happened while she was away, haerin agreed to consider doing an in vitro to ensure that they could still have another child - helping her wife cope with what she had lost. haerin then resided with her family, in her childhood home, attempting to find a semblance of peace with her old-time terror and replenish the place with better memories. she also continued her role as the leader of her art project and has been gradually planning to expand it further.

a year later, in january 2020, after discovering tranquility in the house she had long sought as a child and months after the passing of her mother, haerin and her family packed up and moved to the ranch and homestead in new hanover once owned by diego, however remaining to keep and fund the old house as she is currently planning to reconstruct some parts of it into a gallery filled with displays including art and the dresses her mother had made.

on august 2020, almost a year after agreeing to the in vitro, haerin gave birth to two fraternal twins; aiden and chaja mae-flores.

additional information !

haerin is one-eye blind, which causes her to struggle slightly with recognizing faces upon second or third encounters. she tends to rely on her hearing to recognize someone’s pattern, and touch for those whom she’s close with.  

experienced eclampsia during her pregnancy followed by cerebral edema a few months after due to her boxing injury resurfacing whilst her stress was relatively high, prompting her into a surgery that would remove her brain’s swelling.

while the surgery was a success, the severity and longtime delay prior to it has caused several damages to her motor function, occasionally resulting in speech and motion impairment.

although her other eye functions more normally, it’s also slightly muddled and most of the time she’s required to wear glasses, except for when she’s at home or is supervising her classes.

has an evident oral fixation, when not smoking, you’ll at times find her suckling a blueberry-flavored popsickle or biting the end of her pen.

haerin inherits her mother’s childhood home in damyang-gun, south korea, and every few years or months she would fly over there to clean the house per the late elder’s request.

is a guard puppy. looks and tries to act intimidating but is actually tender on the inside.

has her own workshop and hobby of scavenging for broken toys in the woods and the refubrishing them.

previously believed to be a supposed victim of kidnapping ransom gone very wrong; her whole life, evren was told that all of her family members have been murdered when she was three during the negotiation to rescue her and she was the only survivor left. it is often mentioned that the pinkerton agents were present at that time to shelter and take her under their wing.

she was brought to safety in the pinkerton headquarters and had resided there ever since, completely lacerating the conception of social life all at once and leaving her isolated. realizing her vampiric traits, the agency saw the golden chance of making her one of their deadliest weapons especially with the child’s innocence. 

hwangmok isn’t actually her surname, instead a name she had adapted when she was young and had gotten herself invested with books; the agency permitted her the liberty to not enforce one picked by theirs name and choose one on her own. sadly, it seems like that was the only streak of freedom they had offered to her.

though given material care, for some inscrutable and perhaps pernicious reason, evren was never allowed explore outside the building. the pinkertons promised it was merely for her safety; but the only place, and so-called playground, that she was allowed to visit was the school they had allowed her to attend, while within the headquarters malevolent practice was executed and she was demanded to witness all of it; from physical extortion to torture, even participate when she was old enough to do so.

every education and knowledge given to her was tightly supervised. evren was trained to do activities that a mentally-naive and innocuous individual should never have to endure. this includes, but not limited to, partaking in questionable “research” and testing, witnessing torment, and learning certain skillsets; tracking, spying, and luring people in with manipulation and seduction.

with that upbringing, she was sculpted into the near-perfect marionette for pinkertons-however, along with that, comes her biggest defiency: due to all the isolation, she became thoroughly incompetent to fit with the society. she became an incredibly perilous pendulum, who understood no boundaries, and searched the most extreme methods to solve problems or interact with people.

she perceived everyone as objects, things that she can play and own and tweak around to her desires. she had an entirely naive mindset that’s also very fucked up and skewed; the actions and matters that might be seen as cruel by most others she could not comprehend and instead assumed to be the correct way of doing things. one second, she could be cold and unapproachable, then playful, but one wrong word would send her into complete hostility. she absorbed most things in black and white, and when she wasn’t trying to be professional, this caused her to become emotionally turbulent.

however, much to pinkertons’ chagrin, evren’s obedience was somewhat short-lived especially when, during her teenage years, she met up with one certain, wounded punk CYREK FAWN. everything about him and his constant acts of rebellion intrigued her to her core, and despite their flaring, inferno-like exchanges, they started to hook up in secret even after the agencyhad strongly advised her to not maintain contact with him but evren paid no mind to it. cyrek’s resistence began to rub off on her, and she relished the ventures they were able to devour together, picturing the universe sinking in and there was only the two of them left. the two were pretty much hazardous and inseparable, up until a specific point where they had to be forcibly shredded from each other. though, it was definitely not the last time she’d seen of him. in spite of the agency’s rage, a child came out of her relationship with cyrek, named AMARIS JIWOO.

in a boiling panic, the agency began feeding the vampire with lies; telling her that cyrek had departed out of distaste and that she had been deceived. still somewhat naive at that time, evren was rendered lost and cluess as to which side she should put her trust in, and parts of her that believed that cyrek might have intentionally deserted inflicted a massive amount of wrath which she then released the next time they encountered one another. sexual tension remained to linger at that time, however, the more she got to know him, the more she realized he had been genuine all along, 

after an incident that warranted scars and injuries on cyrek; evren took the time to tend him in which their relationship blossomed even further. at this point, evren was entirely swayed and after a deep rumination while spending time with him and his band of outlaws, evren agreed to leave the agency. the latter, of course, did not take this kindly whatsoever. 

they started sending their best efforts to, if not recapture, then eliminate them; including sending trackers to follow suit, spreading word around towns about the lindes outlaws and caution for their residents to watch out for the two. with the help of a fellow agent who also disliked the agency’s practices, KIM SUJIN, evren and cyrek were able to narrowly escape them.

a fire occurred in the midst of all of this and cyrek was severely injured to the point where he was dying. unable to bear the thought of losing him, evren turned him to ignite him back into her life and once again tend him to health later.

the pair eventually managed to hide themselves away from the agency’s grasp, beginning a proper romantic relationship together and later marrying on hanukkah. following her now-husband, evren also converted to judaism and tailed alongside their camps whenever they went, sharing stories with one another.

several years passed, she now officially rides with the outlaws of VAN DER LINDE, she and cyrek, and lives a much less extravagant and blood-coated life. with that being said, she savors in everything it has to offer despite their struggles with finance on several occasions. evren strips down her guns, most of the time, for a life filled with odd jobs and much more common activities, though after enduring one that forced her to be that bloody agent perhaps normalcy becomes entertaining. after several miscarriages caused by stress, she currently lives with her children and taking care of them with with her spouse.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION !

has a fairly good eye in fashion though she never really delves deeper into it and doesn’t particularly possess that much interest in expanding her knowledge.

evren is an animal lover but her desire for pets isn’t as rampant as the other two, she’s fine with just seeing them and being able to interact with them fleetingly.

her aesthetics were inspired by cyrek’s, and she’s often seen donned in punk-like clothes and those with their motorcycle club name on it.

is an excellent sharpshooter but can’t do hand-to-hand combat to save her life.

she gets high in her break time with cyrek, but keeps it minimum whenever she’s going through pregnancy or is ill.

she doesn’t necessarily get along with the outlaws despite being their co-leader, but she could tolerate a few of them. is also rather curt in her co-leadership.

evren is more flagrant with her vampiric qualities and are not afraid to show them off., she has a manageable blood thirst but relishes the taste of blood immensely, and her fangs are often peered out.

nadia grew up in a very carefree and accepting environment that wasn’t structured like many home atmospheres. her parents were attentive, caring to the point where their home was opened up as a foster family (eventually including atticus, heyo). growing up in a large family wasn’t a bother to nadia, for she kind of enjoyed the chaos of everyone, and always having someone to conspire with.

nadia had done gymnastics ever since a very young age, even if she didn’t exactly fit in with all the other little girls. despite this, she stuck with the sport and conquered quite impressive feats (despite ignoring whispers behind cupped hands about her biology and advantages)

when it came to performing and competing was when nadia felt most comfortable. there was only one thing she needed to worry about then, and that was performing the move correctly. all focus was on one thing, and that was..relieving in the moment.

when she was younger, nadia dealt with a lot of general anxiety about what people thought of her, the constant opinions of others weighing heavily on her shoulders after each interaction she participated in. as she’s grown older, she’s been teaching herself how to be more…unapologetically herself bc, really, what does she have to apologize for? she can still struggle with it sometimes, but she’s getting better at talking about her random interests without worrying if every word was the wrong thing to say. 

she loves performing and having all eyes on her. she doesn’t mind attention anymore, in fact, she kind of prefers to have all of it. this can sometimes rub people the wrong way and can come off obnoxious. 

when she isn’t performing, a lot of her free time is taken up by practicing for performances and trying out new tricks. her job takes up a lot of her life, but she wouldn’t have it any other way.

most of nadia’s high school career was dedicated to gymnastics, and after graduating, she worked as a coach for younger girls while getting her associate’s degree at the local college. it was after that someone at the gym had mentioned to her openings at the carnival of time, knowing her background and abilities and that being a magician’s assistant actually took a fair amount of flexibility to pull off seamlessly. she took it on a whim and ended up loving it. 

now, their show is one of the main attractions at the carnival. nadia wants to one day be the main magicians, not an assistant, but it’s actually quite difficult to get past the glass ceiling as a woman. most head magician roles are usually given to men. 

other than magic, nadia also spends a fair amount of time around the brewing cauldron. she likes crystals, tarot, and astrology. it’s not uncommon to hear her comment on the state of the moon. 

personality-wise, nadia is a pretty genuine person, just living her life. she isn’t a fan of confrontation and tries to avoid it whenever possible. she’s a very talkative person, willing to be open and chatty unless someone shows some out right criticism to her or her interests, then some of those old anxieties can start to kick in again. she’s pretty good at working through them, though. people don’t exactly expect her to have such a panicked side to her, considering her absolute confidence when it comes to performing. if anything, when she’s on stage is when she feels the most at ease.

obvious from her career choice, nadia has some…weird interests, and they don’t end with magic tricks. growing up in a home that encouraged any kind of free thinking lead to all kinds of interesting attributes, not limited to a liking to reptiles and an interest in pulling apart owl pellets.

Zeliha was born into a pretty prestigious family, both of her parents quite infamous in each of their chosen career paths. Her mother was a talk show personality and her father a local politician, eventually coming to be mayor of their town for years. To say they both liked attention would be an understatement.

With all of that attention meant they held their children to high standards, and most of them met them. Except for Zeliha. As the middle child, she mostly went under the radar, but her mother seemed to have it out for her. No matter what she did, her mother's criticisms of everything from the way she looked, the way she dressed, her chosen interests. Sometimes it felt as even just presence could set her mother off into a tangent. It didn't help that she was put into constant comparison with her other siblings, a never-ending question of why she couldn't be more like them for whichever quality she chose to praise of them at the time. When she was younger, Zeliha would go out of her way to conform to her mother's wishes but once she realized it did nothing to change her mother's disapproval, she eventually gave up.

Once Zeliha decided to be the person she actually was, despite how much it pained her mother, she slowly learned how to be much a happier person. The snide comments and turning of her nose up by her mother slowly started to fade to the back, after years of making her hide herself away in her room with tears. Even if his job required him to be the man in charge, at home, their father was more of a bystander to everything that happened within the home, never having the same spirit-crushing remarks that her mother did but neither ever stopping her mother from making them, either.

Zeliha spent majority of her time looking into things of the spooky variety, endlessly obsessed with true crime and more unnatural crime, like ghosts and cryptids. If just their existence bothered her mother, these interests enraged her, calling them an embarrassment of the family.

It all came to an explosion when Zeliha one day decided to make a video shared on the internet centered on one of the stories she had been researching, leading to her mother to ask (tell) her to delete it or get out. The threat probably wasn't as serious as Zeliha took it, packing a couple bags and leaving the house once night fell. As scary as it was, it was freeing to finally drop the pounds she had been carrying on her shoulders. She crossed multiple state lines, going as far as she could until she ran out of the little money she had.

There were a few days of sleeping in libraries and all night fast food chains, but she eventually found herself on the steps of the brothel in Tumbleweed. Sex work wasn't really something she considered before, and she knew her mother would probably have a heart attack at just her consideration of it, but she entered, asking for more information.

Zeliha had spent quite a few years working at the brothel, coming to like the freedom of the job and close relationships that she created with some of the other people working there. Eventually, though, they earned enough loyal customers to leave the brothel as they followed her business to a more independent one. Nowadays, she is less obvious about her main job, instead those only who are in the industry knowing of her services, newcomers only knowing of her name by receiving it from someone else.

To add to it, she also began a podcast focused on the interests that lead her to leave her family in the first place, earning a bit of a following as her voice retold the stories of missing and murdered people, sometimes in the area. The more they looked into it, the more unanswered questions there seemed to be in the new place she called home, which was sad but worked out well for her. Her other interests lie with fashion, usually wearing something bold and eye-catching, as her clients keep her love of high-end items well-stocked.

Isabella Malika Saheed is the daughter of Valeria Sanchez and Omar Saheed , in the west of Texas. Valeria was from a long line of rancher family , specifying in horses and cows since her family came from Colombia in the late 70s. Omar was an immigrant from Lebanon , more a city boy than anything. 

Valeria was the eldest child of an elderly couple , and she was the heir to it. Omar willingly stayed around when they married due to not having a reason to go back home at the time. After the death of her parents and her siblings moving out , Valeria and Omar fully took over the Sanchez family farm. 

Their first daughter was Isabella Malika Saheed. Second , four years later , would come Maria. While Omar and Valeria obviously loved their situation , they did put a lot of pressure on them whilst they were growing up. Maria was the golden girl , though Isabella found her ways to garner approval. Through horses. 

Isabella was given her first horse when she was 14 years old , and she’d been riding for years beforehand. A buckskin quarter horse gelding named Sun Sparks , or Sunny. A retired professional rodeo horse , Isabella loved Sunny. She competed in rodeos with him , from pole bending to barrel racing , and she even competed in pageants. 

Competing in rodeos with Sunny went on for eight years , until the death of Maria. Only seventeen years old , killing by a drunk driver on the road. Deep in her own grief , Valeria sold Sunny without telling Isabella. This was the catalyst for a year long conflict , combined with a million other things , Isa left the ranch and went out on her own. 

Andrea was born and raised in Dublin, Ireland although you wouldn’t believe them as their accent seems to sound American. Their accent does show when she gets either really excited or really annoyed at something, then people see that she wasn’t lying.

Their mother is a music teacher and their father is a paramedic. She is also the second eldest child in their family, their brother being ten minutes older than them. Their youngest sister is still at home with their parents while their other sister Rowan lives in town with them and their brother.

She got their love of music from their mother, learning as much as she could even learning piano and guitar. Their music taste is a mix of their own favourite music and their parents who had similar tastes.

Their childhood was fairly normal, but she was known to be very quiet person in school, keeping to themselves and getting lost in daydreams than talking to people. She did have some friends in primary school but grew apart from them once she hit secondary school.

She still spent time to themselves in secondary, excelling in music,German and English, but once classes was over people would torment them to no end. They would take their things, hide them on them in places she couldn’t reach and trip or push them in the halls or in gym.

The bullying and stress of school began to take a toll on them in their last year to the point that she began to self harm. Their parents and brother found out about it and explained it to the principal who sorted it out.

She thought that she was in the clear, but it seemed like she wasn’t, there was something happening to them and she didn’t know who it was or why they were doing it, always feeling unsafe.

By the time of her college years, they had moved over to the states for it as her brother was living there, however where she was going to meant they lived with a host family where they met Atticus.

Even after college, she stayed close with Atticus and the family and even though they didn’t go on to do what they went to college for, they currently have a job as a cashier in The Brewing Cauldron.
