they didn’t know how they were able to not only have very intricate dreams, but also control them, so they thought that they could shift to alternate universes. they decided to share it on tiktok, other people saw it, and everything kind of blew up.

other human born dream walkers shared they’re similar experiences with “shifting” and of course unempowered people started to lie, and say that they could also “shift”.

You could be like in Camp Half Blood, Strager Things or you could experience your own creation.

I feel like that could be the gateway to maladaptive daydreaming or generally a REALLY bad coping mechanism.

It's my headcanon that the dreamwalkers themselves have a tendency/higher risk of going this path.

Sunshine is the only one of the two of them to notice it. Elliott doesn't even realize he's subconsciously creating it. When they try pointing it out to him, it disappears. He's confused, but assumes they're just pulling a prank on him.

Sunshine asks Aaron and Smartass about it. They can't think of anything, as it's only shown up recently; so it can't be anything long-standing from their childhood.

I have to change Assets name and give them an age!

I had a name for them but you could tell it was a generic android name but now that… you know…. THEY’RE A DREAMWALKER!

I can’t keep the name and now I have to give them a canon age😭

Sometimes I base the listeners names off their pet names but I can’t do that right now

I also try to base it off of whatever kind of empowered person they are so I guess I’ll do that
