Sweetheart take a lot of meds. It will seem small but you need too to realize that with all of their pills combined they take a full hand full of just their meds.

They take a combo of antidepressants

They take a combo of pills for their adhd

Thay take a pill for their night terrors

They take some pills for their ptsd

They take a pill for their panic attacks

Milo facing them, nuzzling their knees with his cheek and kissing them before giving it a nibble. The quick pain is soothed with his kisses.

Milo looking up at Sweetheart, resting his chin on their knees. It seems innocent, but the spark in his eyes has them squeezing their thighs together.

Milo noticing that and moving their left leg to rest on his shoulder, sliding in between and spreading their legs apart to make room for him.

Milo smirking when Sweetheart lets out a gasp as he kisses their inner thigh, nuzzling his nose against the plush skin higher and higher.
