âPeter, for the last time if you donât pick up your stupid phone Iâll.... Iâll... well Iâll do something you really wonât like ok!?â *yn* snapped, cursing under her breath as she left yet another voicemail for her best friend.
âIf this little shit doesnât answer me.â She grumbled under her breath as she weaved through the bustling streets of New York. She sighed and pressed Peterâs contact once more, deciding to give it one last try.
âHey there! Youâve reached the totally awesome voicemail of Peter Parker-âÂ
âFuck.â She hissed as Peterâs chirpy voicemail message began after the phone had rung about half a dozen times.Â
âPeter listen, I need to know youâre ok. I canât get a hold of MJ and Ned either.â She huffed, her tone softening. âIâm really worried about you, about all of you. Call me back, please.â She murmured before hanging up and sliding her phone back into her pocket.Â
The last time she had seen the three of them they were all at the Sanctum Sanctorum, which she was still in disbelief about, when they were trying to capture the beings or the âbad guysâ, according to Peter, that had slipped in from other universes.
All she had done was stepped out to go grab a coffee and when she had returned sheâd found herself locked out of the Sanctum Sanctorum and all of her friends unaccounted for and uncontactable. Â
Now the only thing she could think of doing was going to MJ and Nedâs places in the hopes that she could find at least one of them. She glanced down at her watch to see that it was nearly 9 pm. Letting out a huff she looked both ways before crossing the street to turn left to head towards Neds.
A flash of red and blue caught her eye causing her to halt. She slowly took a few steps back and glanced down another street that was all but empty except for an old lady hobbling along at a snails pace.
âOh thank god.â She breathed out when she spotted the all too familiar spiderman suit.Â
âPeter!â She called out. âPeter Parker!â She repeated louder when he didnât turn around.Â
Peter finally turned around at the sound of his name and her grin widened as she approached him. âThank god youâre ok - hey!â She called out, her brow furrowing in confusion as she watched Peter take a few steps away from her as she got closer.
âPeter?âÂ
âIâm sorry, who are you?â Peter answered her as she attempted to get closer to him which made her roll her eyes.
âI get it, you donât answer my phone calls for a few hours and youâve already forgotten who I am. Very funny. Now tell me where the hell youâve been and whatâs going on!âÂ
âListen lady, I donât know how you know me but Iâd appreciate it if you just-â
âFirstly, who are you calling lady? Secondly, what the fuck have you been smoking? This isnât funny Peter Iâve been worried sick about you.â She scolded, Â as Peter still continued to back away from her.
âHow do you know my real identity? Who sent you?â He whispered back, glancing around as if he was worried someone might hear him.Â
âPeter Benjamin Parker if you donât stop messing around I-â *yn* let out a scream as Peter suddenly lunged forward and grabbed her around the waist.Â
âPeter!â She shouted as they suddenly shot up into the air. She gripped onto his suit for dear life as they swung from building to building and climbed higher and higher. Finally he reached the top of a building and landed onto the rooftop.Â
âSorry about that.â He apologised as he set her down gently. âHad to make sure we were somewhere no one could hear us.âÂ
Before she could even get a word out Peter yanked his mask off so he could look her squarely in the eye, âSo, now weâre somewhere private Iâm going to ask you again. How do you know who I am?âÂ
âWhat the actual fuck.â She breathed out, her eyes widening as she stared back at a man who was not only ridiculously attractive, but who was also definitely not Peter Parker.Â
âYouâre not Peter Parker.â She stated as she realised how close the pair were standing, the strangerâs hands still gripping her waist protectively. She promptly took a step back, straightening up as she eye balled him.Â
This time it was the Peter imposter to look confused. âUh yes I am."
âWho the hell are you? Some kind of Spiderman imposter? A cheap knock off?â
âOk well thatâs a little bit rude. Iâm hurt.â The imposter answered, placing a hand over his head. âIâm choosing to take that personally - especially the cheap knock off comment, low blow.â Â
*yn* opened her mouth to reply but promptly shut it as she studied him, her mind racing a million miles an hour. How was it possible that there was another Peter Parker running around New York?Â
Then it hit her.
âYou donât happen to personally know any certain bad guy types that have been running around here lately do you? Oneâs a giant lizard, oneâs made of sand, one inhales electricity like itâs choccy milk?âÂ
âUh yeah you could say the giant lizard and electro-man are buddies of mine sure.â He answered and everything finally clicked into place.
âYou are Peter Parker.â She breathed out which caused him to raise a brow.
âUh yeah lady thatâs what Iâve been trying to tell you-â
âNo no no. You are A Peter Parker yes, but not my Peter Parker. Youâre a Peter Parker from another universe. You must have been sucked in when all the others did. They all knew Spiderman but didnât recognise my Peter and I bet some of them would recognise you!âÂ
There was a pause as Peter turned away from *yn*, his mind reeling as he tried to process her words.
â... that would explain why I have been unable to find certain buildings and places... why things look different..â He trailed off. âAnd why I canât find Aunt May anywhere.â He murmured and *yn* felt a wave of sympathy wash over her.Â
This guy was stuck in a completely different universe, with no one here to help him.
âYou must be so confused.â *yn* spoke quietly as she took a step towards him. âItâs ok though, my friends and I are coming up with a plan to send you all home. After we cure your friends.â She reassured him as she placed a hand on his arm. Peter suddenly turned his attention back to *yn* and he nearly did a double take.
It was like he was seeing her properly for the first time.Â
And she was beautiful.
âIâm sorry-â He shook his head as her words finally sunk in. âDid you just say âcureâ?â He queried to which she nodded.Â
Peter wants to help the bad guys so when they get sent home they donât get killed by... well other Peter Parkerâs I guess.â She explained, âPeter will explain it better when you meet him.â
She glanced down at her hand, realising it was still caressing his arm and quickly pulled it back to her side.
âAlso, in this universe your identity has recently become kinda... not so secret.â She explained.
âYeah Iâm sorry about the whole kidnapping slash abduction thing I kind of thought you were going to expose me... â He apologised, grimacing in embarrassment which made *yn* laugh.Â
âTo who? That one old lady? I donât think she would have heard a bomb go off let alone me calling your name.â *yn* teased which made Peter chuckle lightly.
âHey you never know! Anyone can be a spy these days you know, even little old ladies who can barely see or hear.â Peter defended himself, crossing his arms in front of his chest. The pair eyeballed each other for a few moments before both burst out into laughter.Â
Peter felt his heart beat faster in his chest as the pair laughed. It had been a while since he had laughed like this, or felt this sort of connection with someone. Not since her.Â
âI am truly sorry though, I panicked.â He confessed once their laughter had died down.
âDonât worry about it, all is forgiven Peter 2.0. Letâs just focus on getting you home. *yn* answered, shooting him a warm smile which made a grin appear on his own features.
âI do have to ask though. You said and I quote âyouâre not my Peter Parker right?â He queried to which she nodded.
âDoes that mean the me in this universe is dating you?â His question made *yn* burst out into laughter.Â
âGod no.â She wrinkled her nose in disgust. âPeterâs my best friend. Iâve known him since we were like six. My Peter is dating MJ, who is also one of my best friends. Youâll get to meet them donât worry.â She reassured him.Â
âOh ok because I was going to say that this universe me had done very well for himself if that was the case. I would have congratulating me for doing so well.â Peter grinned which caused *yn* to blush bright red.
Was super hot alternative universe Peter Parker... flirting with her?Â
Before she could reply Peterâs eyes drifted past her shoulder and grew wide. âUhh...â He trailed off, pointing behind her. She followed his gaze and swivelled around, her mouth falling open at the sight of a Dr Strange-like portal opening up in front of her.
âDonât worry itâs one of Dr Strangeâs magic portals... I think.â
âIâm sorry did you just say magic portal? Magic exists here?â Peter queried as *yn* glanced over her shoulder at him.
âYeah, not a thing in your universe?âÂ
âDefinitely not.â Peter mumbled as he stared completely awe inspired as the portal continued to grow.
âMJ? Ned?â
â*yn*?!âÂ
All three of them exclaimed at once as *yn* stared back at Ned and MJ who appeared to be in Nedâs living room.Â
âWho the hell is that?â MJ asked pointing at Peter.
âAnd why is he wearing a spiderman suit?â Ned added.
âIâll explain donât worry, you guys are not gonna believe this.â *yn* spoke before turning back to Peter. His eyes were darting between the portal, MJ and Ned in complete disbelief.
âPeter.â *yn* spoke quietly which caused him to look down at her.
âDo you trust me?â She asked as she extended her hand out. He studied it momentarily before looking back at her. âI do.â He nodded, entwining his hand with hers which this time caused a blush to appear on both of their faces. She smiled and led him towards the portal into Nedâs living room.
âWeâre going to get you home.âÂ

ANDREW MY BBY  <3 I LOVE HIM SO MUCH I CANNOT XXX  this movie is like my fave marvel movie I think (except winter soldier) and I have always loved andrewâs spiderman so I HAD to write something!!! As always, feedback would be super super appreciated and you can give it back HERE!
Summary: Sam and Bucky are on a mission with Y/N and Peter, who always banter, to follow Hydra operatives abroad a train.
Warnings: banter, fluff, cussing, fighting (little blood/gore), make out session and clueless Peter
Word Count: 3.8K
Prompt: âWell, thatâs one thing off my bucket list.â âWho has something like this on their bucket list?!â
A/N: Hiya! First Peter P. fic ever written and I'm lowkey nervous. I don't know why but yeah haha. Thank you to the lovely Dana @chaoticpeteâ for letting me join her writing challenge. Please note that if I (and I will) continue to write for Peter he will be in his early 20s (aka roughly the same age Tom Holland). Anyways please ignore my minor mistakes, I'm always excited to post new fics so I don't really edit my work right away. Sorry in advance if this sucksđ
Sam and Bucky were forced to bring Y/N and Peter on their next mission. They were fine with bringing you, but Peter, they didnât like so much. Ever since the mishap in Germany between Stark and Rogers, they both have been annoyed by the boy. Y/N on the other hand, they adored you, hell they loved you so much that they each trained and practically took you under their wings.
The four of you were on the Venice Simplon-Orient Express paid for by Stark Industries. The train travels from London to Venice, which includes fancy meals to eat, a vintage bar with a pianist present and beautiful cabins to sleep in. You of course were excited to travel to Europe and take in the scenery along the train ride. Even though you were anxious for your trip, you were still on a mission with three men. Sam and Bucky immediately became your older brothers once you became an Avenger. Â So you were fine with them, but Peter on the other hand was a different story.
The two of you constantly teased and annoyed one another, he was slowly growing on you. Did you kind of sort of have a crush on the boy...yes. Were you going to admit it and/or tell him...no. As much as you wanted to confess your feelings or actually drop hints, somehow almost every time Peter would reply with a snarky comeback, he would annoy you so much that you would rethink your attraction towards him. Needless to say that this mission with the guys will be very interesting, especially since youâre the only girl on the mission.
Hopping on the train you tried your best to not have any confrontation with Peter. One, to not annoy Sam and Bucky because you know they hated both yours and Peterâs constant bickering. And two, you didnât want to give yourself a headache because of your boy troubles. So your plan for this mission, aside from taking down whoever you needed to take down, is to be as nice as you can to Peter (and also not annoy Sam and Bucky). Seemed like some easy goals for this mission.
You were listening to a random true crime podcast as you walked onto the train heading towards your cabin. Sam and Bucky followed suit carrying their luggage and Peter was not far behind. You all admired how beautiful each train cart was. Once you arrived at your cabin you set down your belongings and took in the beauty. The guys dropped their stuff and looked around the cabin.
âAlright, so I call dibs on this cabin.â you said in excitement. Sam and Bucky chuckled once you did a trust fall onto the bed.
âWait, how many cabins did Mr. Stark reserve for us?â asked Peter to the older men.
âWell kid, Tony only reserved two because apparently he doesnât want to waste money.â Sam said as he rolled his eyes.Â
âSo I have to share with one of you guys?â you asked slowly sitting up on the bed.
âYeah, about that,â Bucky started to say. âI think it's best if you and Parker over here share this cabin and Sam and I will take the one across the hall.âÂ
Your eyes went wide in shock and flashed a bit of desperation to the older men. âYou canât be serious!â you complained as you briefly looked at Peter, who had an astonished look on his face, and back to the pair.Â
âSorry kid, but Sam and I have to make plans for tomorrow morning.â Bucky apologized looking towards you.
âYou know what it's fine.â you said looking at Bucky. âAs long as he sleeps on the couch, then Iâm good.â you added as you pointed to the fancy couch.
âOk, itâs settled then. Peter you're on the couch. Y/N you take the bed. And I will be heading to bed now.â Sam announced as he exited your cabin. âGoodnight.â he yelled from outside the hall.
âRight, so after Samâs nap weâll draw out our plan and meet you guys in the dining cabin for dinner.â Bucky stated as he walked towards his cabin leaving you with Peter.
You still seated on the bed looked up at Peter who was staring at the floor. You sighed and stood up gathering fresh clothes for later. Maybe a shower would be nice after a long flight from the Avengers HQ to London. Peter sat on the small dining chair pulling out his laptop to do work. You assumed he would either Skype Ned or maybe even MJ, regardless you didnât care. He had his own friends and social life, so best not to bother him.Â
After your shower you put on some fresh clothes, a pair of baggy black pants and a black long sleeve shirt. As you exited the gorgeous bathroom you opted on wearing your bright red chucks to add some color on your outfit. Walking across the cabin you noticed Peter was off his laptop and was about to grab the bottle of champagne before you stopped him.
âAre you even old enough to drink Spidey-boy?â you asked, taking the bottle from him.
âWhat? Of course I am. Iâm turning 21 this year Y/N.â he replied instantly as he attempted to snatch the bottle back from you. You pulled the bottle closer to you so he couldnât grab it.
âWell, it seems youâre still underage Pete. Best I keep this fine bottle of champagne from you.â you smirked as you finally opened the bottle.
âY/N, you do know the legal age to drink in Europe is 18 right?â he said, placing his head on his hand that rested on the table.
âWell, Iâm going by American laws, so fuck you Peter.â you mocked taking a sip of the champagne straight from the bottle flipping him off.Â
Peter huffed as he raised his hands in defense. âFine.â he said. âBut, donât come complaining to me if you get a hangover tomorrow morning.â he added, shaking his head.
You sighed thinking back to your goals for the mission. No confrontation. You held out the bottle of champagne towards Peter signaling him to drink. He glanced at you with a questionable look, but you nodded again signaling him to take the drink from you. He took the bottle from your hand and took a sip of the alcohol. He made a small disgusted face and you laughed as you sat on the bed.
*mini time skip*Â
After having dinner with the guys you all retired back to your cabins. (a/n: i was gonna add more to the dinner scene talking about the plan, but decided not to because I didnât want to write that lol) You quickly changed into your pajamas and got into bed. Pulling out your phone and scrolling through TikTok you heard Peter come out of the shower. Briefly looking up you saw him only in sweatpants, no shirt and drying his hair with a fluffy towel. Averting your eyes back to your phone trying to hide the fact that your cheeks were growing warm.Â
Peter sat on the couch, gathering all the pillows and tried to get comfortable. He kept on tossing and turning huffing in annoyance. âThis couch sucks!â he explained looking towards you.
âSucks you for Pete.â you said smiling as you put down your phone looking at the young man.
âHow is it that a couch this inviting is quite the opposite?â he added, still trying to find a good position to fall asleep.
âQuit whining. Itâs only 2 nights that we have to stay here.â you replied lying onto your back.Â
âI donât know. I bet if you were on this couch you would understand the agony Iâm going through.â he huffed placing another pillow on his back giving more cushion to sleep on.
âOh my god Peter! If youâre gonna be complaining the entire night, just sleep with me in the bed!â you yelled out as you sat up looking at him. Peter looked back at you with wide eyes and thought to himself about the idea. âIâm giving you five seconds to make up your mind before I take back my offer.â you added lying back down.Â
You heard Peter quickly spring up from the couch and leap onto the bed. You grabbed the extra pillows and made a divider in between you and Peter. As you were finally drifting into sleep you heard a faint whisper saying, âThank you Y/N.â
------+-------+-------+
Early in the morning Sam barged into your cabin. He noticed that Peter wasnât on the couch, walking more into the cabin, he saw Peter cuddling you in the large bed and some of the pillows were at the foot of the bed. Sam shook his head, quickly taking a picture to tease you with later and walked closer to the bed. He was a bit astonished that he hadnât woken either of you up, but once he got closer he saw you begin to squirm out of Peterâs hold.Â
As you woke up you were met with Samâs wide smile and furrowed your eyebrows confused on why this big idiot was smiling like a schoolgirl. Then you noticed a heavy arm wrapped around your waist, slowly turning, you saw a still sleeping Peter right next to you. Your eyes grew wide as you looked back at Sam who was holding back his laughter as he showed you the picture he took of you and Peter on his phone.
âIâm gonna kill you Wilson.â you whisper yelled at the man as his smile grew wider. You tried to move Peterâs arm off of you, but he just pulled you more into his chest which made you blush even more. âHelp me you idiot!â you stared at Sam in defeat. âPlease?â you asked the man your best puppy dog eyes. Sam finished teasing and finally helped you out.
âRise and Shine children!â Sam yelled, making Peter jolt up from the bed. His hair sprawled out in various directions. You silently thanked him as you got out of bed. Just then Bucky walked in with a cup of coffee in his hand.
âLooks like you two slept well.â Bucky said as he sat on the couch that Peter was supposed to sleep on. âDamn, for how nice this couch looks, itâs very uncomfortable.â With that you rolled your eyes and headed to the restroom to change into your tactical attire.Â
------+-------+-------+
After reviewing the plan you sat in the cabin that had the vintage bar. Thinking one alcoholic drink will be ok before the mission. As your drink arrived in front of you Sam snatched it and downed it in one go. You looked up at him with astonishment exclaiming, âHey! That was mine!âÂ
âOh quit whining. Youâre not supposed to be drinking on a mission anyways.â he stated back as he sat in the chair in front of you.Â
âAre Barnes and Parker where they need to be?â you whined asking.
âYup, we just need to wait for the bad guysâ boss to pass this cabin and enter the caboose to talk with his men.â he replied, crossing his arms over one another.Â
âAlright then.â you said under your breath.Â
âSo, you and Parker a thing yet?â Sam teased with a smirk.
âWhat?! No, why would you ask that?â you scoffed looking away from the man hiding your blush.
âWell it seemed like you two were getting close this morning.â he playfully added.
âPeter said the couch was uncomfortable and I didnât want to hear him complain all night about it. So I let him sleep in the bed with me, with a pillow divider I might add.â you answered crossing your arms.
âI guess that makes sense.â Sam said rubbing the back of his head. âBut I bet you wanted a little bit more than cuddling with Parker huh?â he teased again.
âYou know what Wilson, youâre assho-â you started to defend yourself until you saw a large man enter the cabin. He wore a light grey suit with a bright yellow tie around his neck. He walked towards the par passing you and Sam. You saw Sam subtly observe the man behind you and then looking back towards you. âThatâs the boss?â you asked Sam, who nodded yes in reply. You drew your attention back to your table fiddling with the empty glass waiting for Samâs command.
The boss grabbed his drink and tipped the bartender then exited the cabin. âLetâs go.â Sam said as he stood from his seat leading the way to the next cabin.Â
------+-------+-------+
Bucky and Peter were on top of the caboose waiting for Samâs signal. Bucky stared at Peter as he looked at the scenery lost in thought.
âWhatâre you thinking about kid?â Bucky asked.
âHuh? Oh, nothing.â Peter said, shaking his head.
âCome on, Parker. I know thereâs something in that mind of yours.â Bucky persisted placing a hand on the boyâs shoulder. Peter stayed silent. âIs it about Y/N?â the man asked.
Peter took in a sharp breath. âHow did you know?â he asked with wide eyes, looking towards Bucky.
âEasy guess.â Bucky replied back with a smile.
âItâs just that sheâs always annoying me and Iâm getting tired of arguing with her.â Peter sighed looking back at the horizon.Â
âWell kid, maybe you just got to te-.â Bucky started to say until the two they saw redwing appear before them. This was the signal they have been waiting for, notifying them that you and Sam were in the cabin below them.
The two dropped to the platform where the exit door of the caboose was. As the entered the cabin they noticed that Sam and you were held at gunpoint. As the henchmen of the boss turned back to see who entered the cabin, Bucky and Peter immediately attacked the pair. The rest of the henchmen were caught off guard and that was when you and Sam attacked. There were about fifteen of the bossâ henchmen in the caboose with you and the guys. As you and your team were defeating the henchmen the boss was able to escape and climbed onto the roof of the train calling more of his men to attack you and the guys.
âHeâs on top.â Sam yelled towards Bucky, Peter and you. âIâm heading up there to follow the boss.â he added as he jumped out the window and his wings expanded, flying about the moving train.
You finished attacking your opponent and yelled, âYou guys good?â towards Bucky and Peter. They nodded yes in reply. The three of you climbed to the top of the caboose seeing Sam a couple feet away from you. Right when the three of you began to follow your leader more of the bossâ henchmen emerged from inside the other cabins.
âHow many men does this guy have?â Peter yelled from behind you. The henchmen came running towards the three of you, luckily none bearing firearms. Most of the men you guys were fighting were large and seemed very skilled in combat training. Almost defeating ten men atop the train, even more men emerged and this time these guys had knives and even an axe.
âYouâve gotta be kidding me?!â you yelled, wiping the sweat from your forehead. The man who had the axe came charging towards you using it to try and defend himself. You had the upper hand as you dodged his incoming attack and used all your force to push him off the train. Just before he fell off he tried to throw his axe but failed.
âNice work Y/N!â Sam cheered from behind you as he grabbed a guy and also threw him off the train.
A new attacker was approaching you and you quickly picked up the axe that your previous opponent had. You threw the axe at a henchman and it struck his head instantly killing him.
âWell, thatâs one thing off my bucket list.â You say to yourself smiling as you watched the lifeless man fall off the train.Â
âWho has something like this on their bucket list?!â Peter yells as he looks at you as he finishes punching a man.
âWho the fuck doesnât!?â you yell, finding another weapon to throw.
âLiterally everyone!â Peter shouted back as he finished knocking out a man.
âWell, whatever. Iâm unique.â you smirked looking back at Peter.
âYouâre unique for sure.â Peter said under his breath.
âAnd thatâs why you love me.â you smiled back at him thinking back to your overall goals of the mission. Peter slightly blushed, but was quick to give you a deadpan look.
You frowned at his reaction, saying âGod, I hate you Pete. You know that?â You huffed as you ran ahead following the boss.
âWhaat!! I didnât even do anything.â Peter whined as he tried to follow you.
Sam comes flying in yelling at the boy, âPeter, apologize to Y/N right now!âÂ
âWhat? No! I didnât do anything?!â Peter stops as yells back at Sam.
âYou hurt her feelings!â Bucky exclaimed as he punched a man instantly knocking him out.
âAgain, I did nothing!â Peter exclaimed as he quickly looked at the two.
âGod youâre so stubborn!â Bucky yells in frustration as he passes Peter running towards you.
âShe likes you, you idiot.â Sam said as he stood next to Peter. âThatâs why sheâs so hard on you.â
âI thought she just hated me or something.â Peter said as he looked at you fighting the last person atop the train.
âNope, she likes you. Sheâs been dropping hints like crazy, man. Youâre just a dumbass to notice any of them.â Sam stated, placing a hand on Peterâs shoulder. Peter stared down at the trainâs roof recalling all the times the two of you argued. What even were the reasons for the arguments? Peter thought to himself.
âCome on kid, letâs go meet up with the other two and finish this mission. Then you can talk to your girl.â Sam stated as he pushed Peter forwards to follow you and Bucky.
Sam and Peter trailed behind Bucky who was within your vicinity. They all noticed that you dropped into one of the cabins, probably where the boss with the yellow tie was. After they all sunk into the cabin they saw you breathing heavily and standing over the man, whose face was bloodied, and passed out on the ground.
âNice job, Rascal.â Bucky grinned towards you.
âGod Buck, you know I hate that nickname.â you chuckled with your hands on your hips.
âWhy? It's cute. Plus the movie with those kids are adorable, like you.â he replied back walking towards the unconscious man. You chuckled, shaking your head and accepting the nickname like always.
âGood work Y/N.â Sam praised with a smile. âLetâs get this guy back to Y/N and Peterâs cabin and get the information we need.â he added. You all nodded at his command and tied up the man. Peter stayed still, staring at you and thinking about what to say. As you and Bucky finished tying the man up you all exited the cabin heading back to your cabin, Peer quietly trailed behind.
Once you arrived in the cabin the guys placed the man on one of the dining chairs. You told them that you were going to change out of our combat suit in their cabin. Sam and Bucky nodded, agreeing that it would be smart to have your own privacy in their cabin while they get information from the man. As you exited your cabin Sam and Bucky instantly told Peter to finally talk to you. Peter huffed and followed you into Sam and Buckyâs very small cabin. Peter didnât think to knock on the door and barged into the area.Â
You quickly turned around trying to cover your exposed body. Peterâs eyes grew wide as he took in your frame. You were only in your underwear and sports bra, but new purple bruise spots began to form all over your midsection.
âWhat the hell Parker?!â you yelled at the brunette.
âShit, sorry.â Peter whispered as he turned away, closing the door behind him. âI just wanted to talk to you.â he said aloud.
âWhy?â you asked, arms now crossed over your chest. You didnât care about your lack of clothing, but more so wanting to hear what Peter had to say. Peter slowly turned around covering his eyes.
âUm, well I wanted to congratulate you on taking down the yellow tie guy.â he complimented as he removed his hand from his eyes. âShit, can you please put some clothes on?â he exclaimed averting his eyes from your frame.
âWhy?â you asked, your hands now at your hips. âAm I distracting you?â you slightly teased as you slowly walked closer to him. You noticed Peter back away with every step forward you took until his back hit the wall. You chuckled, shaking your head having enough fun teasing the boy. âIs that all you wanted to say Peter?â you asked walking back over to the bed. Peter took a sharp inhale as he watched you retreat from him, his eyes scanning your beautiful frame.
âYup. Thatâs it.â he as as he grabbed the handle of the door.
âThatâs just like you.â you scoffed as you put on a maroon long sleeve shirt as you lower half was still uncovered.
âWhat do you mean thatâs just like me?â Peter quickly turned back looking at you with furrowed eyebrows.
âYou leave when the real world hits you!â you yelled at him in frustration. âGod Peter, every time I try to have a heart to heart conversation with you, you turn away or argue with me like it's nothing.â you said rubbing your temples.
âHow am I supposed to know our conversations are genuine?!â he yelled back walking closer to you. âEvery time you talk to me youâre always so hard on me!âÂ
âThatâs because I like you, you fucking idiot!â you yelled right at his face. Peter stared deep into your watery eyes looking for any hint of you lying, but you werenât. Peter examined your face as a single tear fell from your eye. He lifted his right hand and gently wiped the tear away.
âI know.â he whispered. âAnd Iâm an idiot for not knowing sooner.â he said as his hand stayed on your cheek.Â
You brought your hands up to Peterâs cheeks and pulled close to you. You felt his lips press against yours and you sighed in relief as he accepted your gesture. Peter deepened the kiss as you granted access to your mouth. He lifted you from the ground and placed you down on the bed. You giggled as the two of you slightly bounced as your back hit the bed. The cabin door began to open and a head popped in the room. Peter was quick to get off of you and you grabbed your shoe that was on the floor and threw it at the intruder.Â
âOW! FUCK Y/N!?â Sam yelled as he rubbed his head. Bucky arrived next to his side and laughed.
âYou better not hurt my Little Rascal or Iâll happily kill you.â Bucky said emotionless towards Peter. Peter gulped hard as he looked back at you with wide eyes.
âChill out Pete. Iâll protect you.â you winked at him.

âHey,â You greeted Peter, a slight bounce in your step as you stopped beside his locker.
He offered you a warm smile, glad to see you so happy on a dreary wednesday morning. âHi baby, whatâs up?â
âSo, you know how this weekend is like⌠our last weekend of senior year before we graduate?â You asked.
âYeah, I know,â Peter chuckled at you. âWe were going to go out this weekend to celebrate, just us still right? Since next week will be literal chaosâŚâ
âYeah, I definitely want to do something just us, but what would you say to me throwing a party for the whole class?â You fluttered your eyes at him. He wasnât exactly into parties, but you enjoyed going to them. You never threw any because of your dad. âThis is my last chance to throw one, Peter. You know Iâve always wanted to. Dadâs going to be away for the weekend with Pepper, itâs perfect timing.â
With you giving him that look, how could he oppose? âYouâre sure thatâs a good idea? Especially behind your dadâs back? You know you constantly have cameras watching you at your place. Wonât that just be straight evidence?â You began to frown at him so he quickly added. âIâm not saying no, Iâm just asking if youâve thought everything through.â
âYes, I have everything under control. Plus youâll be there to help me if things start getting out of control. Which they wonât.â
âOkay,â He leaned forward and kissed your forehead. âWhich night so I can tell May Iâm staying at Nedâs?â
You giggled in excitement and wrapped your arms around his neck.
/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/
After your nice date with Peter on friday night, you immediately began setting things in place for saturday nightâs party. Youâd already informed your entire class of the event and just needed to make sure there wasnât anything anyone could get into that would be a problem and that anything breakable was securely away.
Youâd programmed a D.J. Setting into F.R.I.D.A.Y. Ordered a bunch of food and drinks, it was going to be awesome.
The penthouse was perfect for large parties and while your class was only roughly 80 students, well it wouldnât be like one of your dadâs parties.
Peter, Ned, and M.J. Came over saturday afternoon to help you make sure everything was set up. As it neared the time people would start showing up you pulled M.J. Off to get changed, you let her borrow something extra cute to wear and she even let you do her makeup.
âSo,â you sang as the two of you returned to the living room where the boys were watching dumb videos.
When they looked back they had to double take at M.J.
Your friend grumbled beside you, âI feel like a clown.â
You rolled your eyes, âM you look great! Right guys?â
They both nodded.
âYeah, wow, who knew you could look like an actual girl,â Peter quipped.
She stuck her middle finger up at him.
âI think you look beautiful,â Ned said, you could practically see his heart eyes.
âMiss Stark,â F.R.I.D.A.Y. Interrupted, âyour first bout of guests has arrived. Iâve informed them where to go.
âThanks F.R.I. Turn up the music please!â You smiled. âWell, guys, ready to party?â
âHell yeah,â the trio chorused.
/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/
You spent your first hour greeting your peers and playing host. Which, to Peter seemed like enough time, considering he was pretty sure the majority of your class was already there, minus a few. So, he decided it was time for you to enjoy the party too. He came up behind you, two cups in hand, and wrapped his arms around your waist.
You leaned into him and turned your head enough to smile at him. âHi baby, having fun?â
âIâd be having more fun if you came to hang out with me for a bit,â He told you, offering you one of the cups.
You took it gratefully and sipped from it. You were never big on drinking at parties but you figured since it was actually yours and you were already home, why not. You followed your boyfriend into the party. Glad it seemed like everyone was having fun.
He got you to dance with him, which of course immediately had you smiling and enjoying yourself.
When Peter stopped suddenly you looked at him concerned. âWhatâs wrong?â
You turned around to see what he was looking at. Towards the elevators you were surprised to see Flash, along with a group of guys with him. Well Flash wasnât exactly the problem. The guys were definitely not from your school. In fact they were all wearing varsity jackets and your school didnât even have a football team.
âUh, I think Flash extended your invitationâŚ,â Peter said.
As the group dispersed you started towards your boyfriendâs bully. You hadnât even wanted to invite him but since you invited the entire class you would have felt slightly bad. But now you were regretting it because you had not planned on otherâs coming from a different school. Reaching Flash you smiled politely and grabbed him by the elbow, pulling him away from directing the people that had come up with him and the rest that were now coming up as well.
âOh, hey Y/N,â Flash greeted, devious smile on his face.
âWhat the hell, Flash?â You snapped. âWho are all these people?â
âThem?â He asked, throwing a thumb over his shoulder. âOh I donât know. I posted about your party online and told some friends about it. You donât mind, right? Your place is big enough, plus you didnât want the party to just be the losers from school.
âDonât put words in otherâs mouths, Flash,â Peter shot, you hadnât realized he followed you.
Flash rolled his eyes. âScrew off, Parker.â
âHey,â You snapped. âYouâre in my home, if you even think youâre going to speak to Peter like that again Iâll gladly have you escorted out. Got it?â
Flash held his hands up in defense.
âI canât believe you just invited a bunch of random people here. If any of them break anything your ass is on the line. Do you understand?â
He rolled his eyes. âAlright, whatever, can I go now?â
You shook your head in annoyance but let him leave.
âYou sure you donât want to just kick him and all the people he brought with him out?â Peter asked hopefully.
You sighed. âIâll give them the chance but the second any of them start anything or break something, theyâre gone.â
Your boyfriend nodded and tugged you forward to kiss your head. âNo problem baby, letâs go do a round to make sure everybodyâs doing okay and then we can dance some more?â
You smiled and took his hand to tug him along.
/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/
It was half past 1. Youâd been bid goodbyeâs by quite a number of your classmates, but for some reason it felt like the place was still full. You realized it was because the people Flash brought were loud jocks and their friends. They only continued to get louder the more they drank.
âHey,â M.J. Greeted you, wrapping an arm around your shoulders. âI heard some guys saying they were going to try to sneak around the place. You might want to check that out.â
You and Peter frowned at each other. However, as soon as you stood up an alarm started blaring. Everyone that was left quickly covered their ears.
âAttempted unauthorized entry,â F.R.I.D.A.Y. Announced, cutting the music immediately.
âFuck,â You said, grabbing Peterâs hand and running with him down to the lab. On the way you told the a.i. To stop the alarm, that youâd got it. While she did listen, you had a gut wrenching feeling that your dad was now going to know that something was happening.
âHey!â You greeted the three boys, who definitely didnât go to your school. They were trying to punch in codes to get into the lab.
They all jumped, like they hadnât realized the alarm was heard not just where they were.
âWhat do you think youâre doing?!â You shouted at them. âOut! NOW!â
Two of them began to run but one continued wait there. âWhy would I listen to you?â
âBecause itâs my fucking place, asshole. Now, get the hell out. Thereâs no reason you need to be trying to get into my dadâs lab.â
He laughed. âYeah? So what?â
âDude, do as she says. Get out.â Peter piped up. He didnât like fighting in these situations. However, he wasnât going to let this guy talk to you like that.
âYeah? What are you going to do about it?â
âIâll kick your ass,â You told him. It wasnât like you werenât trained to.
The guy laughed some more and shoved your shoulder roughly.
Peter didnât even hesitate. He swung so hard, you heard the guys nose break.
He wailed and ran away.
Peter was immediately checking out. âBaby, are you okay?â
âIâm fine, thank you, babe.â You leaned up and kissed his cheek. With a sigh, you informed F.R.I.D.A.Y. To kick everyone out and inform you of where your dad was.
/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/
There were 16 missed calls from your dad on your phone. 28 from Happy. And 9 from Pepper.
The last notification was a text from your dad. âWe are on our way home. F.R.I.D.A.Y. Said youâre fine, but weâll be there soon. I want details.â
You sighed and flopped down on the couch.
Peter pulled you close and you waited for your parents to get home.
The place was a mess. Drinks littered the floor and tables, there were plenty of spills, unfinished food, and overall it just looked awful.
You knew you wouldnât have enough time to clean it all up before they got there, so you left it.
When the elevator dinged you could hear your dad and Happy arguing.
âOh my God this place is a mess,â Pepper said.
You winced.
âY/N,â your dad said, finding you and Peter sitting on the couch. He crossed his arms over his chest. âCare to tell me what happened here?â
You couldnât meet his eyes. âI threw a party, someone let it slip that there was a party. Kids from another school showed up and three of them tried to get into the lab. Donât worry, they didnât. But I was going to have the place cleaned up like nothing happened but those jerks had to try to get into the lab. Iâm sorry dad, I will clean up I promise. I just didnât want to look like I was hiding it. I know what I did was wrong.â
âYouâre damn right it was wro-â Happy started to scold you but your dad threw a hand up to stop him.
That was when he started to laugh.
You and Peter exchanged a look.
âI canât believe it took you this long to throw a house party while I wasnât here,â Tony said between his laughs. He sat on the coffee table in front of you.
âW-what?â You asked.
âIâm not mad, sunshine. I was just worried about you. F.RI.D.A.Y. Is good at giving updates but I needed to be sure someone did hack her and was just feeding me false information. However, you will be cleaning this mess up, but Iâm proud of you. Iâm glad you took the chance to throw a party for yourself and your friends before graduation.â
âAs sweet as that is,â Pepper added. âIf you ever do this again, can you please tell these kids to not put food on our $15,000 couches?â
âAre we just going to act like this wasnât a total breach in security?â Happy scolded your dad.
âHappy, come on. You know how much worse I was as a teen?â Tony asked, a slight smirk on his face.
Happy frowned. âNo. And I donât want to. I am going home. Good night.â Happy left, defeated.
âYou really arenât mad?â You asked.
Tony shook his head. âDid you have fun?â
You gave a small nod, âWell, until Peter had to punch that guy.â
Tony pat Peter on the shoulder. âGood, kid. Thanks.â
âDad!â
Peter rubbed the back of his neck. âYou know Iâd always protect her.â
Tony nodded. âExactly why I trust that the two of you would be fine throwing a party. Youâre not sneaky by the way. I totally knew you were doing this before we even left.â
You pouted. âThatâs not fair.â
âSorry, sweetheart, youâre just too obvious.â

Summary: The kids escape from the trip of hell and finally find some peace back home.
Warnings: Anger issues. Threats.
Notes: Man so this is it. This is the end and final chapter of this amazing series. Thank you all so much for commenting and liking and reblogging. Please remember that while she and Peter are the main ship, this is Y/Nâs story. Without further ado, here is the final chapter of the Killing Kind. I hope you guys enjoy it.
Y/N ignored her limp wrist as she made her way to the hotel Mr. Harrington had decided to book last second. She didnât want to think about how her mother might not be human. She didnât want to think about her dad locked up in a high profile prison, legally dead to the rest of the world. She didnât want to think about the fact that the board at her dadâs failing company needed her as the next CEO.Â
She just wanted to collapse onto a fluffy bed and sleep off the pain that spun through her body.Â
âThank god youâre alright!â MJâs body crashed into hers, the extra momentum sending her spinning. Y/N pulled away, meeting her friendâs red eyes. âI was so worried I would never see you again.â
Y/N stood there, staring at MJ. She was alive. She was here. She was safe. She was real. Y/N pulled her back in for a hug, tears escaping involuntarily.
âOh my god youâre realâ She whispered, voice breaking. âYouâre here and youâre real and youâre safe.â
MJ sighed, a smile crawling across her face in relief. âI was worried you would leave me alone with that sweaty guy forever.â
The pair chuckled, pulling away to share a wide smile, tears mirroring each other on both girlâs cheeks.Â
âTold you Iâd be backâ Y/N joked, laughter exploding from her chest. Ned gave her a small pat on her shoulder, reassurance. But she didnât see the person she was worried about most. âWhereâs Peter?â
Ned piped up with the answer, âHeâs in his room. May called him, wanted to make sure he was okay after everything.â
Y/N nodded, making her way up the stairs.Â
âY/N wait!â MJ called, racing up after her. âI uh, I wanted to say that uh,â
Y/N smirked at her attempt to be more vulnerable.Â
âIâm really grateful to have you as a friend,â MJ said, before turning to head toward her room, trying to hide the blush on her cheeks.
Y/N let out a breath, and she knocked on Peterâs door. The beaten-up boy stood there, phone in hand, EDITH on his face.Â
âHeyâ He breathed.
âHeyâ Y/N replied. âCan I come in?â
Peter nodded his head, stuttering out an invitation, hastily tidying up what little belongings he had left after the explosion. They stood there, hormones raging as the two tried to figure out their feelings internally.Â
They had kissed on the plane.
He had given her a necklace. But what did it mean?
âPeterââ She was cut off with a quick kiss. Soft and awkward.
âThat uh, that necklace means what you think it means,â Peter confessed bashfully.Â
She fingered the small charm, placing a kiss near the corner of his mouth before wrapping her arms around him. They stayed that way the rest of the night, snuggling together on the bed, their shared trauma keeping them both awake, but the comfort of their embrace allowing them to fall asleep.
***
The plane ride back was going to be long if the way Betty and Flash were staring at her was any indication. She didnât plan on accidentally revealing her powers to the two, but she seriously had no idea that they were going to be there with MJ and Ned.
âEverything okay?â Peterâs voice asked.Â
Y/N stared at her now-boyfriend, grabbing his hand in earnest, plastering a smile on her face. Pretending like her dad wasnât still alive. Pretending that SHIELD hadnât just confirmed that everything her father had said was true after testing her DNA for any traces of Aliens.Â
They couldnât even pinpoint where she was from. Just that her energy signature matched Thorâs.Â
âYeah,â She lied, âEverythingâs fine.â
She leaned into Peterâs shoulder, her eye-catching MJ shuffling in next to Mr. Harrington and the other chaperone who had been converted to witchcraft over the course of the trip.Â
âI uh, I have to do something,â Y/N told Peter, who saw where her eyes were.Â
âGo ahead,â Peter encouraged, âIâll uh, Iâll take one for the team.â
Y/N smiled widely, pecking Peterâs cheek while she approached Mr. Harrington.
âUm, Mr. Harrington?â She nervously caught her teacherâs attention.Â
âY/N!â He replied, âIs everything okay?â
She shared an apologetic look with Peter. âActually no, I think Peterâs perfume allergies are acting up around me and I was wondering if I could sit next to MJâ
âSay no moreâ Harrington stood up immediately, taking Y/Nâs former seat, allowing the girl to sit next to her best friend.
âTrouble in paradise?â MJ asked, pulling her earbuds out.Â
Y/N smirked, âActually, I just canât stand him. Needed an excuse to get out of thereâ She joked, grateful this trip hadnât ruined the one relationship that mattered to her.
MJ chuckled at the sarcastic humor, offering her dual port to the girl as a peace offering. Y/N took it.
âSo which true-crime documentary do you wanna watch today?â MJ asked, scrolling through the movie options.âWe got Gacey, Lizzie Borden, Ted Bundy,â
âOh Bundy for sureâ Y/N replied, leaning into the taller girlâs shoulder. âHis whole case just proves why assholes shouldnât be allowed in our legal system.â
MJ clicked on the movie and the two girls snuggled in as the plane took off.Â
âHeyâ MJ nudged her friendâs shoulder, Y/N perked up.âDo you think Peter would be able to give me a ride one of these days?â
Y/N shoved her best friendâs shoulder playfully, the two giggling as they made their way home.
Mid Credits
âHey MJ!â Peter called, meeting the girl in her neighborhood. âY/N told me you wanted a ride?â
They swung from the highest buildings in New York, MJâs screams as she free fell ringing through the atmosphere, Peter almost sure that THor could hear her back on Asgard.
They landed in Times Square, MJâs hair frazzled and her eyes wide in fear.Â
âYeah, that settles itâ She announced, âI am never doing that again.â
Peter chuckled involuntarily at the blushing teen, her hair wild and frizzy like Y/Nâs got every time they went for a swing.
âWhere is Y/N?â MJ asked, âI thought she was meeting us here for coffeeâ
Peter rubbed the back of his neck at the question. âSheâs uh, sheâs dealing with her dadâs stuff.â
The relationship between the two of them was still a bit of a sore spot between Y/N and Peter, especially since Mysterio tried to kill him only a few days ago. It helped that his girlfriend felt the same way he did about Mysterio, but the relation was still there. She still had to go to the funeral. She was still a part of that fucked up family.
His reverie was broken by the screen lighting up behind him. He turned around to see Quentin Beckâs face.
âI managed to send the elemental back through the dimensional rift but I donât think Iâll get off this bridge aliveâ Beck rambled, âSpiderman attacked me for some reason, heâhe has an army of weaponized drones, Stark Technologyâ
Peter shared a look with MJ, wishing Y/N was here instead to soothe his rising nerves.
âHeâs saying heâs the one whoâs going to be the next Iron Man, no one elseâ Beck continued, before the video cut to a clearly altered video snippet.
âAre you sure you want to commence the drone attack?â EDITHâs clean voice came in over the speakers, âThere will be significant casualtiesâ
âDo Itâ Peterâs own voice startled him. âExecute them allâ
No, no, no, no, no. That was taken out of context. All of it was!
âThere you have it folksâ J Jonah Jameson spat, âUndeniable proof that Spiderman was responsible for the brutal murder of Mysterio. An interdimensional warrior sent to protect our planet along with his daughter, who has now become an orphan thanks to this menace.â
Peter shook his head. Please let Y/N refute this, let her take care of this.Â
âBut thatâs not all folks, brace yourselves you may want to sit down.â
Peter watched as Mysterio released the most valuable information of Peterâs. He watched as Mysterio tore his life apart with six words.
âSpidermanâs real name is Peter Parker!â
His picture was posted all across the square, everyone knew who he was. Everyone.
âWe have an exclusive interview with Y/N Beck aka Stasis commenting on her fatherâs death and her relation to the masked menace.â Jameson continued.
Peter watched as Y/N stood behind a podium, lawyers on her left, publicist on her right. Her black mourning dress was covered by a green velvet jacket, but when Peter squinted, he saw the sunflower adorning her neck and he knew that she was on his side.
âMy father loved creating illusionsâ Y/N admitted, addressing the crowds of reporters. âHe loved them so much he somehow managed to create the biggest one after his death. Spiderman did not kill my father, in fact, he is the only reason I lived through that traumatic experience. My fatherâs death was caused by his own carelessness, and while I want someone to blame more than anyone, Spiderman is not that person. My fatherâs last words were about how people want to believe. So letâs believe. This child is not a menace, nor is he the hero you assume he is. Spiderman has saved our lives countless times, letâs believe in him rather than videos that can be easily doctored, thank youâ
As she left reporters began to hound her once again, her publicist shooing them away while Peter watched his life and his girlfriendâs life fall apart.
Post Credits
The prison stank of sweat and testosterone but that didnât deter Quentin as he was escorted from his solitary cell to the visiting room. His orange jumpsuit was hideous and hardly comfortable, but he could ignore all of that.Â
After six months, he was finally going to see his daughter again.
She looked older. Like somehow she had aged several years in his absence. Maybe she was miserable without her dad. Maybe she was here to help him with his case. Maybe she was here to bail him out.Â
Her sunken eyes hardened at the sight of him, his smile never leaving his face as he gazed upon the girl that was his light, his life, the only reason he never went mad in this dull excuse for a secure prison.
âNew Jacket?â Quentin asked pointing toward the teal that enwrapped her shoulders.Â
âI know what you did Dadâ was all Y/N said in response. âI know what you did to Peterâ
Quentin went silent at the boyâs name.Â
He deserved it. He had ruined everything. He deserved to have his life torn apart like Quentinâs was.
âItâs not just his life that has been ruinedâ Y/N urged, eyebrows creasing, âI have reporters daily knocking on our doors, asking all about you and Spiderman.â
âI didnât mean for that to happen honeyâ Quentin leaned forward to grab her hand. She ripped it out again.
âDonât call me thatâ Y/N spat. âYouâve interfered in my life long enough. Leave my friends alone or I will come in here and kill you myself.â
He scoffed. âYou donât have it in you. You said it yourself, Youâll never be like me. You canât kill meâ
His throat constricted, the blue energy surrounding his neck, squeezing his breath from his lungs.
âYou forget,â Y/N threatened, anger lacing her eyes, âI inherited your temper. And weâre surrounded by SHIELD agents who wouldnât care if I stole every last breath from you. So leave my friends alone, because love is like any other emotion daddy,â She taunted.
 âIt. Fades.â
He regained his air back, breathing returning to his lungs like a drug addict to heroin.Â
âDo we have an understanding?â
Something dark swirled in the eyes of the girl he had raised. Something he had created.Â
He nodded, the guards escorting him back to his cell, a new cellmate waiting for him.
âHey, buddyâ The grey-haired man offered his hand, âAdrian Toomes, nice to meet you.â

Y/N scanned the papers scattered across the table in her fatherâs old apartment. She officially got it in the âwillâ. It was hers now. Paid for and a home she can build for herself instead of the old musty church she had found months ago.Â
She and her lawyers were currently working with Stark Industries to buildup her fatherâs company once again. It was all her idea. A great publicity stunt to show how much her father had respected the late hero, regardless of their rocky past. Unfortunately, that included hiring her as CEO, as well as repairing the shitshow that was their relationship with Spiderman.
Her chest constricted when she thought of Peter. Forced into hiding. Unable to even go to school. The last she had heard from him he was somewhere in Africa. Happy assured her that he was safe. But she would be lying if she said she didnât miss him and Aunt May.Â
She really only had MJ and Ned now. And while Flash was treating her better, she really only wanted Peter with her.Â
The wind fluttered behind her and she sighed, upset at MJ for leaving the window open again. As she turned around her eyes met green.
A slender woman stood in her living room, dressed head to toe in a green dress that looked like it belonged at a gala instead of a run-down apartment in New York City.Â
âWho the hell are you?â Y/N asked, crossing her arms in an attempt to look intimidating.
âThe names Lorelei sweetpeaâ The womanâs silky voice uttered, taking in every bit of the teen before her. âBut you can call me Mum.â

Hi I hope blurb night is still going and if so may you please do a Peter blurb of a blind date au with a bit of soulmate au in which one's thumb has the time of when you meet your soulmate but the date is never specified, it fades once you met them. so friends set up a blind date for reader and the reader doesnt think much of it since blind dates never go well, once they go their date they see Peter the reader not realizing its their soumate until the end of the date feel free to change anything
The only thing I really changed was that the time is on thewrist instead, of the thumb, but I hope you enjoy it lovely
Maybe this one willactually work out?
You sighed and glanced down at your left wrist, at the 7:45that was tattooed there.  Sure, you weremeeting him at around 7:40, but ⌠Notlikely.
Your friends had set you up on another blind date, butreally all you felt like doing right now was change into comfy clothes andspend the rest of the night under a comfy blanket watching your favorite TVshow.
The lure of the remote and an easy re-heated dinner wasnearly too much for you to resist⌠But the thought of your friends was evenstronger. Theyâd gone to all the trouble to set you up, and you didnât reallywant to disappoint them. Honestly, you also didnât want to have to deal withtheir comments or worry about appeasing them after you bailed. Besides, Iâm dressed already. I may was wellgo. It would be too much work to shift gears now.
A second sigh left your lips as you grabbed your pocket bookand headed to the door. Here goes nothing. Who knows? Maybe heâll beas nice as they told me.
For the whole drive you went over everything your friendshad told you about this âPeter Parkerâ guy. Theyâd practically been gushing asthey went over how sweet, smart and kind he was. It all sounded to amazing tobe true and the skeptic in you whispered that that was because it was.
That critical voice was in full volume again and you tiredto turn the dial far enough to silence the voice as you walked into therestaurant.
Once you got through the door it was easy to spot him.
Among the couples, families and elderly people was a brownhaired, dark eyed guy who looked to be around your age. He was the only one inthe place who was alone, sitting at a table by himself in the middle of theroomâat least he was the only guy around your age who was alone, so it waspretty safe to say he was Peter Parker.
Youâd been nervous since you walked out the door but as youmoved toward the table the nerves worsened, making you tuck a strand of hairbehind your ear just as he turned his head to meet your eyes.
He certainly looked nice, and he was handsome, with thatcurly hair and chiseled jaw âŚ
Peter stood as you neared, aiming a gorgeous smile at you thathad you practically swooning right there.
âH-hi, you must be Y/n.â
So, he was nervoustoo. Good â and cute. âYeah, and you must be Peter.â
âY-yeah, thatâs meâ He automatically moved to pull out yourchair for you and you paused before sitting down with a grateful smile and athank you. Good manners ⌠Someonetaught him how to be a gentleman.
Still feeling a little awkward and nervous, you were glad tobusy yourself with the menu. Peter did the same and there was nothing butsilence between you until you both had your drinks and the waiter had takenyour menuâs away after getting both your orders.
The two of you stared at each other for a few uncomfortableseconds before you decided to go ahead and break the ice
âSo Peter, Tell me about yourself.â
After that it was surprisingly easy to talk to him and itseemed like no time at all before suddenly, youâd finished desert and were payingthe bill. Â
Shockingly, Peter Benjamin Parker turned out to be asamazing as your friends told you. Even more amazing than that, actually, and asthe two of you stood outside the restaurant exchanging numbers you had a goodfeeling this was just the first of many dates. Many dates, that would maybelead to something real and long lasting.
You were jerked out of your reverie when Peter spoke
âHereâs your phone back.â
You looked up to see him holding your cellphone out to youand you took it with a sheepish laugh âthanks, and hereâs yours.â Â You handed it overâor would have if his griphad taken it from your hand instead of keeping it lingering in the no mans landbetween you as he stared at your face.
you felt your face heat up under his gaze and glanced downonly to find his eyes still fixed on you when you looked up again. Â You opened your mouth to speak, but that waswhen Peter moved, leaning in to kiss your cheek before finally taking his phonewith a mumbled thank you and walking off, his own cheeks red as your flamingones.
Even though you were in your twenties, it was insane how asimple kiss on your cheek could send a whole monarch butterfly swarm swirlingaround in your stomach.
You stood there until it got embarrassing to stay any longerthen moved to your car and climbed in.
When you turned the ignition the light from the streetlampabove you lit up your wristâthe now pale, unblemished flawless skin of yourleft wrist.
The tattoo was gone, and of course there was only one personyouâd met tonight.

this is late and it sucks. out of everything iâve posted, i like this the least, i think. some day, i might make this into a mini-series with some alterations, who knows?
Wrapping your sweater tighter around you, you entered through the doors of Midtown, the loud chatter of the high school students immediately entering your ear. You tried your best to ignore the constant murmur, hurrying into the classroom hosting your first class of the day. Your soulmate must have been further away than ever before because you were absolutely freezing. The class started filling up and you noticed, much to your dismay, that your usual lab partner, Peter Parker, was absent. You glanced around with envy, noticing your classmates in t-shirts, skirts and dresses. Admittedly, it was kind of silly to wear a thick sweater with the sun shining outside, but it wasnât your fault that your soulmate had traveled.
When you turned sixteen, your body temperature was adjusted according to your soulmate. The further away from you they were, they colder you felt. The closer, the hotter. It was a huge game of hot and cold until you ended up finding the one. When you were younger, you loved the concept of being paired with someone that was perfect for you on all levels. Going a whole year without finding your soulmate quickly changed that romanticized idea. There was no guarantee that you would find your soulmate as soon as you turned sixteen, but it was still incredibly discouraging.
The class was uneventful. You were so cold that you had to physically keep your teeth from chattering, and it was getting very tiring. During your second class, you sat with Ned Leeds. You knew he was close friends with Peter, the two of them practically joined at the hip, but you never took the initiative to talk to either of them outside of school. When you asked about his empty seat from this morning, Ned informed you that Peter was out of the country due to this Stark Internship. You just nodded, the two of you continuing to chit-chat seeing as you were already finished with the assigned classwork. Ned had never been this talkative before and you figured it was because he didnât have anyone to talk to when Peter was gone. A minute before the bell rang, he invited you over to his house to finish a LEGO figure Peter had promised him to help build before he was asked to leave. Having nothing better to do, you said yes. Â
As the day continued, you found yourself regretting accepting Nedâs offer. It wasnât Ned - quite the contrary, actually. Ned was awesome; he was everything and more you could want in a friend, and you had no trouble understanding why Peter liked him. You did want to hang out with Ned and help him build his LEGOs, but by the time the last bell rang, you were exhausted. You had been shivering all day and your muscles were sore from being tensed up. Nevertheless, you ignored your own misery and met up with Ned outside the school gates. The two of you made your way to his apartment, the conversation flowing easily.Â
The next day, Ned greets you happily when you enter the classroom. The two of you had been building LEGOs for hours the night before, and you surprisingly had a lot in common with him. You had briefly wondered if Peter was anything like Ned. A part of you hoped so because Peter You take a seat in the empty chair next to him, offering him a small smile. Dropping your backpack to the ground, you pull out your notebook and place it on the table. With a huff, you lay your arms down on top of the book, resting your head on your forearms. Ned frowns, looking at you.
âAre you okay?âÂ
You nod. âI was freezing all night. Wherever my soulmate is, I hope he gets back to New York soon because itâs cold as frick.â
âOh,â Ned purses his lips. âSorry?âÂ
âItâs okay. It just sucks. What about you? Youâre always wearing short-sleeve shirts. Do you know who your soulmate is?â
Ned is about to answer but is interrupted by the teacher greeting everyone. Clearing your throat, you straighten, giving him a look to let him know you would finish the conversation at lunch. The class goes by slowly, and your next class seems even slower. By the time lunch rolls around, youâre ready to go home and cuddle up underneath a heap of blankets while watching a movie. The cafeteria is annoyingly loud when you enter but you ignore it, weaving your way through the students until you reach Nedâs table. He looks up from his comic book when you sit down, grinning widely. The two of you start a conversation and you remind Ned to tell you about his soulmate-situation.Â
He explains that he has a fair idea who his soulmate is, but that heâs too nervous to talk to her. He points her out among the other Midtown students and you canât help but smile. You tell Ned that she looks beautiful and he agrees a little too quickly, his cheeks heating up at the realization. You leave the subject alone and Ned seems grateful, but you make a mental note of bringing the subject back up another day. You decide youâll try when Peter comes back because you assume heâll help you set up his best friend with his possible soulmate.Â
The rest of the day flies by - luckily for you - and before you know it, you find yourself tucked in among three blankets while waiting for Netflix to load To All the Boys Iâve Loved Before. By the time it reaches the scene where they go on their ski trip, youâre fast asleep and for the first time in days, you donât feel like youâre about to turn into an icicle. You welcome the slight warmth with open arms, enjoying your current dream about meeting your soulmate.Â
When Monday rolls around, youâre brave enough to wear high-waisted skinny jeans and your Vintage Star Wars shirt. You and Ned had been texting almost the entire weekend and you were genuinely looking forward to hanging with him at lunch. Your texting consisted mostly of you urging him to ask out his soulmate or him asking you questions about the Spanish homework. You had tried asking the occasional question about Peter, finding it incredibly strange that he was missing so many days of school, but Ned admitted that he was just as clueless as you.Â
Ned is sitting at his usual table when you enter the noisy cafeteria and you send him a wave, maneuvering your way through the very talkative students. With a huff, you sit down and begin rummaging through your backpack for the leftovers you had brought for lunch. Ned is already munching on a sandwich, which you admit look a lot better than your leftovers from last nightâs dinner. You lean over and steal a chip from the open bag, quickly consuming it before Ned can say anything.Â
âHey,â Ned draws out the word, pouting in mock-hurt.Â
You shrug. âSorry, Iâm hungry and couldnât resist.âÂ
Ned turns the bag of chips around so the opening is in the middle of both of you. You thank him for his generosity, taking yet another barbeque chip and popping it into your mouth. You shift uncomfortably, suddenly wishing you had at least brought a pair of shorts. Youâre warmer than you had felt in almost an entire week, and you come to the conclusion that your soulmate has come back from wherever they went.Â
âYou look warmer today. Soulmateâs back in town, huh?â Ned observes, giving you a playful wink.Â
âI guess so. It feels nice and all but even just wearing jeans is hot.â
Nedâs eyebrows furrow. âIf youâre that warm, your soulmate must be going to Midtown, too.âÂ
You push his statement away, not feeling like dealing with the whole soulmate thing at the moment. When you were younger, the moment when you find your soulmate had been everything you could think about. Now, although you still wanted to find him, you werenât obsessed with the thought anymore. Youâd find him when you find him. Before you can ask Ned how he did on the Spanish quiz you had in second period, you notice another figure sitting down at the table. Furrowing your brows, you glance up to inspect the new guest.Â
âOh, yeah, Peterâs back,â Ned shrugs innocently, a wide grin growing on his face. âY/N, this is Peter. Peter, this is Y/N. She kept me company while you left the country.âÂ
You send Peter a quick smile before returning your attention to Ned. âThatâs all I was good for? Should I leave you alone now?â You feign to be hurt by his words and itâs difficult to contain your laughter when Ned frantically shakes his head.Â
âNo! Please, donât - I didnât mean it like that. Iâm your friend. Weâre friends,â Ned stutters helplessly. âRight?âÂ
âNed, sheâs joking,â Peter informs his best friend with a small chuckle before leaning across the table with his fist extended. You finally let the string of giggles escape you, giving Peter the fist bump he was waiting for.
You ignore the gentle electric feeling, brushing it away like itâs nothing. Because it is - nothing. The corner of Peterâs mouth curves into a hesitant smile and you return it quickly before going back to your leftovers. You listen in on their conversation, finding the sudden warmth in your body difficult to ignore. Peter stops mid-sentence about his trip to Berlin with Tony Stark, and you glance at him curiously. He quickly shrugs off his flannel, running a hand through his messy hair.Â
âIs it just me or is it really hot in here?â Peter asks, taking a huge sip of his chocolate milk.Â
âItâs not just you. Iâm really warm, too.â
The two of you shrug and you try not to think about the warm feeling of safety and adoration spreading through your body. You canât quite pinpoint if youâre imagining it or not, but Peterâs smile makes you feel even warmer. You pray that your cheeks donât look as red as they feel. You listen closely as Peter picks his story back up but the two of you stop a moment later, finding Nedâs sudden silence strange and uncharacteristic. You glance at your new friend, raising a questioning eyebrow.Â
âYou guys are- I think you might be soulmates,â Ned mumbles and you share a confused look with Peter.Â
âI donât think-â Peter starts, but Ned interjects him quickly.Â
âThink about it! Y/N was freezing when you were in Berlin, like, she literally fell asleep with three blankets. Now, youâre both sweating your butts off when youâre right next to each other,â Ned shares his observations and now that heâs saying it aloud, it doesnât seem too far-fetched. âMy mom told me that when you touch your soulmate for the first time, youâll feel a tingling feeling or something. Did either of you feel something?âÂ
âI-I mean-â you begin, not entirely sure on how to explain it or to comprehend the new information.
âY-Yeah, I did,â Peter admits softly. âWhen you touched me, I felt warm. You know, how you feel warm if you crush looks at you or when you watch videos of puppies?â
You nod slowly, knowing exactly what feeling he was describing. You look at Peter and suddenly itâs as if youâre looking at him for the first time. You had never noticed how beautiful and sincere his dark eyes were before, or how soft his hair was. Possibly because you had never been this close to him, but seeing him like this made you wonder how Peter didnât have half the girls at Midtown lining up for him. Ned claps his hands together, barely able to contain his excitement.Â
âThis is awesome,â he breathes in awe. âMy two friends are soulmates. You guys better mention me at your wedding because if it wasnât for me, you guys wouldâve been too dumb to realize what was right under your noses.âÂ
âItâs a little early to talk about a wedding,â you joke, ignoring the blush making its way to your cheeks at the thought of calling Peter your husband. âBesides, I barely know Peter. I think we should start there first.âÂ
âY-Yeah, no weddings just yet,â Peter chuckles before meeting your eyes.Â
âWell, you both agreed to help me build my new LEGO figure today, so how about we start there?â Ned asks, his grin wide enough for the corner of his eyes to crinkle. You and Peter both nod, still not breaking eye contact.Â
